Abstract

Poor levels of physical activity, cognitive ability, and social interaction are demonstrated in autistic children. These learning barriers in the school environment must be explicitly managed, including in terms of designing objectives, materials, methods, tools, and evaluations to achieve the actual learning objectives. Due to the complex learning barriers in autistic children, conventional learning must be collaborated with assistive technology. Based on these problems, this research aims to develop a drag-and-drop game application equipped with basic motion animation instructions. The research and development method uses the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages. The effectiveness test is carried out with a one-group pretest-posttest design, with treatment for three days and a duration of 105 minutes. With the results of the research based on the results of this overall trial, a score of 81.1% was obtained, which, when viewed from the classification table of product effectiveness scores, was included in the category of very valid for use in learning. The effectiveness test obtained a Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 means Hₐ is accepted and has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. This development concludes that although the development results can be used well, teachers' ability to manage classrooms remains dominant in maintaining and regulating the learning focus of children with autism. Therefore, further research can develop and collaborate between assistive technology and learning models for physical education that can be applied and adapted to both group and individual physical activities for autistic children.

Abstract

Teori dan konsep dasar ekonomi moneter Islam berfokus pada prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Sistem ekonomi Islam menawarkan alternatif yang unik dibandingkan dengan sistem ekonomi konvensional, dengan menekankan keadilan, transparansi, dan keberlanjutan. Pembahasan mencakup elemen-elemen utama seperti larangan riba, implementasi zakat, penerapan sistem bagi hasil, serta peran lembaga keuangan syariah dalam mendukung stabilitas moneter. Selain itu, hubungan antara kebijakan moneter Islam dan tujuan makroekonomi, seperti pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan distribusi kekayaan yang adil, turut dieksplorasi. Kajian ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman komprehensif kepada akademisi dan praktisi mengenai landasan filosofis dan operasional keuangan Islam, sekaligus menyajikan perspektif baru untuk menghadapi tantangan ekonomi global.

Abstract

Koperasi syariah merupakan lembaga keuangan berbasis prinsip Islam yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya melalui aktivitas ekonomi yang berlandaskan syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep, peran, dan tantangan koperasi syariah dalam perekonomian modern. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan wawancara, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koperasi syariah memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung inklusi keuangan, pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, serta menciptakan keadilan sosial. Prinsip-prinsip seperti bagi hasil (mudharabah), pembiayaan tanpa riba (qardhul hasan), dan pengelolaan amanah menjadi nilai utama yang membedakan koperasi syariah dari lembaga keuangan konvensional. Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya literasi keuangan syariah, regulasi yang belum optimal, dan persaingan dengan lembaga keuangan lainnya masih menjadi hambatan dalam pengembangannya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sinergi antara pemerintah, akademisi, dan pelaku koperasi syariah untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut dan meningkatkan kontribusi koperasi syariah dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Kata kunci: Koperasi Syariah, Keuangan Syariah, Pemberdayaan Ekonomi, Inklusi Keuangan, Prinsip Islam.

Abstract

Dalam dunia industri proses produksi sangatlah penting. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi hal ini adalah penggunaan special tools atau alat khusus yang dirancang untuk kebutuhan spesifik dalam proses pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat special tools yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, mengurangi resiko kecelakaan kerja, serta meningkatkan kualitas hasil akhir. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan alat menggunakan sisa material sederhana, pemilihan material yang sesuai, serta proses teknik yang sederhana. Pengujian dilakukan untuk memastikan alat berfungsi sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang diinginkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan special tools yang dirancang secara khusus mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengurangi kesalahan dalam proses kerja.Dengan adanya pengembangan special tools ini, diharapkan dapat diaplikasikan di semua unit Air Fan Coolers di PT. XYZ LNG bahkan bisa direkomendasikan keperusahaan lain.

Abstract

The importance of a teacher choosing educational materials that are appropriate to the stage of student development and the conditions of the learning environment so that the learning process runs smoothly. Learning that intends to achieve learning objectives is designed and planned using a framework or pattern called learning media. To arouse students' interest in the learning process can be done by choosing the right learning resources. The purpose of this study was to create and test a hybrid learning tool that would assist teachers in using floor exercise learning materials. Research and Development (R&D) techniques will be used in this research and development process. As the name suggests, the ADDIE Development Research paradigm development media is an involving paradigm. Based on the research findings, interactive multimedia learning media is very helpful for students to apply hybrid learning models because with these media students can see videos independently without depending on teachers or other friends' help.

Abstract

This study addressed a critical safety and efficiency challenge in the maintenance of air fan cooling systems at company XYZ LNG, where technicians traditionally relied on unsafe manual methods, using bare hands and a wooden block to stop rotating pulleys. These practices, observed over a decade of operations, were identified as a leading cause of near-miss incidents, exposing operators to crush injuries, entanglement, and amputations. Motivated by the need for a safer, engineered solution, this research designed, fabricated, and implemented a specialized pulley locking tool. Developed through a structured engineering design process, the tool prevents direct human contact with moving components while aligning with modern safety management principles and human factors engineering. Field trials demonstrated a reduction in braking time from 20–30 minutes to only 4 minutes, along with significant ergonomic and psychological benefits reported by operators. The tool not only improved efficiency but also strengthened confidence in maintenance procedures. This work represents a practical intervention that transforms safety theory into application, providing a replicable model for other LNG facilities and industries with rotating equipment. The results highlight how engineered tools can simultaneously mitigate risks and improve productivity in high-risk environments.
