Abstract

Kelurahan Buluminung is one of the villages in Penajam Sub-district, Penajam Paser Utara Regency. This village has several problems, one of which is the absence of temporary shelters (TPS) and final processing sites in the Muan area (RT 2 to RT 6). The purpose of this activity is to overcome organic waste that is easily degraded by applying biopore infiltration holes in planting fruit plants. The method used in this activity is divided into two, namely direct practice in the field (applied) and socialization. The applied part consists of several stages, namely the layout of land facilities, soil pH measurement, making biopore infiltration holes, selecting fruit plant seeds, planting fruit plants, and installing SOPs for the utilization of biopore infiltration holes. After that, socialization was carried out to show the results of practice directly in the field. This socialization activity was divided into three main materials, namely 1) Biopori, 2) Fruit Planting, and 3) Fruit Plant Care. The results obtained from this activity are the implementation of direct practice in the field and socialization of the use of biopore infiltration holes in planting fruit plants in the general public of Buluminung village. There were people who managed to make biopore infiltration holes and apply them in their yard after the implementation of this activity.

Abstract

Artikel ini menguraikan pengalaman magang sebagai IT Support di PT Avecode International selama enam bulan, dengan fokus pada pelaksanaan berbagai kegiatan teknis terkait instalasi, perawatan, dan troubleshooting perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, serta jaringan komputer. Penekanan diberikan pada proses perencanaan, pengembangan, pengujian, dan peluncuran sistem yang dilakukan secara sistematis melalui metode Agile dan siklus evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan efektivitas kerja. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan teknis, pemahaman terhadap prosedur operasional, serta dokumentasi kegiatan secara terstruktur. Pengalaman ini turut memperkaya kompetensi mahasiswa dalam bidang teknologi informasi sekaligus mendukung kelancaran operasional perusahaan. Temuan ini menyarankan perlunya pengembangan sistem penilaian kinerja magang yang terukur dan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi serta kerja sama dalam tim agar peserta magang dapat beradaptasi lebih baik di lingkungan profesional.

Abstract

Results of observations made at MTs Islamiyah Sukopuro, in that school there are problems in solving math problems on SPLDV material from a cognitive perspective. In accordance with what was conveyed by the mathematics subject teacher for grade 8A, in the ongoing learning process it was found that the students' understanding of the material was low. This is indicated by the teacher giving questions to students, and not a few students make mistakes when working on these questions. The mistakes made by students include not understanding the meaning of the problem, errors in counting, errors in mastering formulas and mathematical concepts. So the purpose of this study is to describe the problems in students' errors in solving mathematics problems in SPLDV material in terms of cognitive and describe efforts to increase student understanding in SPLDV material in terms of cognitive. The method in this study used a qualitative descriptive method. This research was conducted at MTs Islamiyah Sukopuro, Jabung district, Malang district. The subjects in this study were grade 8A MTs Islamiyah Sukopuro. This study uses tests and interviews in the data collection process. The results of this study used tests and interviews in the data collection process. Based on the results of data analysis, this study can conclude that students' errors are reading problems, misunderstanding problems, incorrect procedures, missing conclusions, conceptual errors, drawing conclusions, language interpretation errors, calculation or computational errors, less thorough, hasty attitude.
