Abstract

Java Island holds a significantly dominant percentage within Indonesia. The presence of media on Java Island plays a crucial role in shaping public perception and views regarding an event, including the 2024 Presidential election, making Java Island the epicenter of media coverage in Indonesia. This phenomenon is known as Javanese-centrism, indicating the emphasis on Java's position, considered the center and reference point of Indonesia. This research applies a qualitative approach utilizing framing analysis proposed by Robert N Entman. The model encompasses steps such as defining the problem, identifying the causes of the problem, evaluating moral decisions, and detailing problem resolution. The aim is to analyze detik.com's framing related to Javanese-centrism in the coverage of the 2024 Presidential candidates. The research sample includes 5 news articles from detik.com published between October 25th and 30th, 2023. The research findings indicate that the coverage on detik.com accentuates Java Island more, potentially raising issues of regional disparity due to the Presidential candidates' campaigns focusing solely on Java Island from October 25th to 30th. Detik.com aims for Presidential campaigns to extend to all parts of Indonesia, not solely centered on Java Island, in order to mitigate issues of centralization.

Abstract

This research is to determine the implementation of the Filanesian Football Curriculum at SSB Askot PSSI Medan City. This research method is qualitative research. The informants for this research were trainers and administrators of SSB Askot PSSI Medan City. Data collection techniques in this research are through observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The conclusion in this research is that the Filanesian Football Curriculum has been implemented in the Medan City PSSI Askot SSB, with details a) The training phase of the Filanesian Football Curriculum in most of the Medan City PSSI Askot SSBs is implemented differently, according to the number of students in the SSB. The conclusion in this research based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be seen that the SSB trainers' understanding of the Indonesian Filanesian football coaching curriculum in terms of the training phase is in the "low" category at 10.53% (2 coaches), "fair" at 26.32 % (5 coaches), and "high" at 63.16% (12 coaches). A special breakthrough is needed so that all trainers understand and can apply the Filanesian curriculum at SSB ASKOT Medan City in particular and Indonesia in general.

Abstract

Dalam praktiknya, dokter kerap menghadapi dilema dalam menjalankan peran dan tugasnya, baik sebagai Dokter Penanggung Jawab Pelayanan (DPJP) maupun sebagai peserta program pendidikan dokter spesialis (PPDS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan hukum terhadap dokter yang mempekerjakan dokter lain tanpa memiliki izin praktik, serta merumuskan konsep penyelesaian hukum yang ideal bagi dokter yang sedang menjalani pemeriksaan perkara pidana dalam sistem peradilan pidana pada bidang pelayanan kesehatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian normatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan, serta analisis kualitatif untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan hukum terhadap dokter dalam mempekerjakan dokter yang tidak memiliki izin praktik belum memberikan perlindungan hukum sebagaimana mestinya. Selain itu, mekanisme penyelesaian hukum perkara pidana di luar pengadilan melalui mediasi juga belum sepenuhnya diakomodasi. Konsep penyelesaian hukum yang ideal bagi dokter yang menghadapi perkara pidana dalam sistem peradilan pidana pun dinilai belum optimal dalam praktik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan aturan yang lebih jelas mengenai penerapan mekanisme keadilan restoratif pada tindak pidana medik, yang diatur secara khusus dalam regulasi internal lembaga penyidik (Perkap), penuntut umum (Perja), maupun hakim (Perma).
