Abstract

This research investigates the impact of Work Motivation and Job Compensation on employee performance. The findings affirm that Work Motivation and Job Compensation exert a strong influence, fostering enhanced performance. While approximately one-third of the variation in performance can be explained by these factors, the majority is influenced by unaccounted variables. In essence, enhancing Work Motivation and Job Compensation proves pivotal for boosting employee productivity. For future research, it is recommended to explore additional variables. For practitioners, human resource management strategies involving incentives, employee satisfaction surveys, and staff development can elevate team performance. The finding in this study provides valuable insights into the factors influencing employee performance, offering organizations the opportunity to maximize their human resources potential.

Abstract

Isu utama dalam program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam strategi pemasaran SBH Farm yang sekaligus menjadi penopang operasional sekolah gratis SMP-IT Al-Vaaz di Kabupaten Bandung. Fokus pengabdian diarahkan pada peningkatan literasi digital dan kewirausahaan berbasis komunitas melalui integrasi digital marketing. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah membekali siswa dan karyawan SBH Farm dengan keterampilan praktis dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran, merancang model bisnis sederhana, serta mengembangkan media digital sebagai sarana edukasi dan promosi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi seminar luring mengenai Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning (STP), praktik penyusunan Lean Canvas, dan workshop daring pembuatan website menggunakan Google Sites. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta dalam perencanaan bisnis, keterampilan digital, serta terwujudnya produk website fungsional. Program ini berkontribusi pada penguatan literasi digital, kemandirian usaha, dan sinergi berkelanjutan antara sekolah, komunitas, dan perguruan tinggi.
