Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Horison Grand Serpong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Horison Grand Serpong sebanyak 85 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik sample jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh jumlah populasi yang berjumlah 85 orang sebagai responden. Metode pengumpulan data observasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasih, uji regresi linier sederhana dan ganda, uji koefisien korelasi (R), uji determinasi (R Square), dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y=3,186+0,077 X1 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 49,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t_hitung > t_tabel atau (3,761> 1,989). Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 3,332 + 0,081X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 59,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t_hitung > t_tabel atau (6,102 > 1,989). Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 3,184 + 0,087X1 + 0,103X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 65,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F_hitung > F_tabel atau (76,712 > 3,108).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between academic participation of students in the Social Sciences Education Study Program FKIP Tanjungpura University with antisocial behavior and academic achievement. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach in the form of correlation. The sample for this research consisted of 83 students of the Social Sciences Education Study Program Class of 2021, 2022 and 2023 with a sampling technique using simple random sampling. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the research show that (1) the academic participation of students in the Social Sciences Education Study Program at Tanjungpura University is at the medium category level, namely with an average of 72% (N=59), (2) the antisocial behavior of students at the Social Sciences Education Study Program at Tanjungpura University is at the level of medium category, namely with an average of 64.6% (N=53), (3) there is a relationship between academic participation and antisocial behavior at a moderate level of relationship with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 (sig < 0.05), (4) there is a significant relationship between academic participation and academic achievement with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 (sig < 0.05)
