Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on various sectors, including taxation. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia often face difficulties in managing their taxes due to a lack of knowledge and limited resources. Therefore, this research aims to develop a web-based taxation application that can assist SMEs in managing their taxes more efficiently and accurately. The methodology used in the development of this application includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The result of this research is a user-friendly web-based taxation application that can facilitate SMEs in tax calculation, reporting, and payment automatically. This application is expected to improve tax compliance among SMEs and reduce errors in the tax reporting process. Thus, this application has the potential to be a practical solution for SMEs to tackle taxation challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

Taro chips are a snack with significant potential as a village's flagship product. Despite their unique flavor and promising market potential, these products have not fully utilized innovations in flavor variety, packaging, and marketing. The lack of innovation in taro chips' flavor variety has made it difficult for the products to compete with similar snacks from other regions. Unattractive packaging reduces the product's appeal and potential sales in broader markets. Objective To enhance taro chips' product innovation by creating new flavor varieties that appeal to consumers and improve packaging quality to enhance visual appeal and product durability, thus enabling better market competitiveness. Method The implementation involved organizing workshops for entrepreneurs to introduce techniques for creating new flavor varieties for taro chips. This training involved culinary experts to provide practical guidance and create several new flavors that could be implemented. Marketing Support: Guidance on marketing strategies was provided to increase product visibility in the market, including using social media and e-commerce platforms. Results: The training resulted in the creation of five new flavor varieties for taro chips, which were well-received by consumers, such as sweet and spicy, cheese, balado, barbecue, and original flavors. Product packaging also saw significant improvements with the application of modern, more attractive, and functional packaging designs. Additionally, entrepreneurs showed increased sales and online marketing activities after the training.

Abstract

Persaingan yang semakin ketat di industri kopi menuntut pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang pola pembelian pelanggan untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat sasaran. Salah satu tantangan utama adalah kurangnya pemanfaatan data transaksi yang kompleks, yang sering kali menyebabkan strategi berbasis data seperti bundling produk atau promosi terarah, sering terlewatkan dan tidak diterapkan secara optimal. Padahal kecenderungan pelanggan dalam membeli beberapa produk secara bersamaan membuka peluang besar untuk meningkatkan nilai transaksi, efisiensi promosi, dan loyalitas pelanggan melalui strategi bundling. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma FP-Growth pada platform RapidMiner untuk menganalisis 1.900 data transaksi kopi dari Kaggle. Proses analisis meliputi seleksi data, pembersihan (preprocessing), transformasi data, dan penerapan algoritma dengan minimum support 0.01 dan confidence 0.7. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa "Americano with Milk" memiliki frekuensi pembelian tertinggi (support 75,5%), dan kombinasi "Cortado" dengan "Hot Chocolate" mencapai confidence sebesar 80%. Temuan ini menunjukkan potensi besar untuk menyusun strategi bundling berbasis data, karena kombinasi produk dengan tingkat asosiasi tinggi mencerminkan kebiasaan konsumsi pelanggan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penjualan. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa algoritma FP-Growth mampu menganalisis data transaksi secara efisien, memberikan wawasan strategis yang relevan, serta mendukungpengambilan keputusan bisnis dalam menciptakan pengalaman pelanggan yang lebih personal dan menguntungkan.
