Abstract

Inclusive education is an approach that seeks to provide access to quality education for all learners, including those with special needs. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been recognized as one of the tools that can advance inclusive education by providing a variety of adaptive and interactive learning tools. This research aims to explore how ICT can be integrated in inclusive education and the impact it has on community service. The research method used in this study was a literature review. The findings show that ICT provides innovative ways of adapting learning materials that support various learning needs and facilitate early intervention and individualized education. The use of assistive communication devices, accessible educational software and interactive media contribute to a more inclusive learning experience. In addition, there was an improvement in teachers' positive attitudes and readiness to implement ICT-supported inclusive learning methods. However, the study also identified barriers, including limited infrastructure availability, lack of training for ICT use, and the need for more adaptive content.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of Google Scholar indexation on the career development and performance of lecturers in higher education. Indexation in Google Scholar allows lecturers' academic work to be more accessible and recognised by the global community, which has an impact on increasing the number of citations and h-index. These metrics are often used as indicators in performance evaluation, promotion, and incentivisation in the academic environment. In addition, the visibility gained through indexation increases opportunities for research collaboration with other researchers, both at the national and international levels. The results show that Google Scholar indexation plays an important role in supporting lecturers' career recognition and development, and contributes positively to improving their performance, both in research and teaching. Thus, Google Scholar indexation not only strengthens lecturers' academic careers, but also supports efforts to improve the quality of education in higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of blockchain technology in improving government transparency through a literature review approach. Blockchain is a decentralised digital recording system with key characteristics such as transparency, security, and data immutability, making it capable of addressing various classic problems in government bureaucracy, such as corruption, data manipulation, and administrative inefficiency. Through literature analysis, this study found that blockchain implementation can create a record-keeping system that is openly auditable by the public, promote bureaucratic efficiency through the automation of administrative processes using smart contracts, and enhance public trust in the government. However, behind these significant opportunities lie challenges that must be addressed, such as cultural resistance, infrastructure limitations, the need for clear regulations, and data privacy protection. Therefore, cross-sector collaboration, strengthened regulations, and education are key to the successful implementation of blockchain to achieve more transparent, efficient, and accountable governance in the future.
