Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive digital module-based learning media on Fiqh subjects on zakat, infaq, and sedekah for class X students of MA Muslimat NU Palangka Raya. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model, this study produces learning media that has been validated by material and media experts. The validation results show a significant level of feasibility, with a score of 78% from material experts ("Feasible" category) and 74% from media experts ("Feasible" category). The assessment from educators reached 96% ("Very Feasible" category). Implementation in the classroom showed a positive response from students, who reported that this learning media was interesting, easy to understand, and not boring. The interactive digital module developed integrates various multimedia elements such as text, images, audio, short lecture videos, and interactive quiz features (Quiziz), allowing flexible learning access both online and offline. The development of this media provides a solution to the problems of monotonous learning and the lack of media variation in the classroom, while also providing innovative teaching aids for teachers in delivering zakat, infaq, and sedekah materials.

Abstract

Abstrak Penilaian karakter dalam pembelajaran merupakan aspek penting dalam pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa. Artikel ini mengkaji model dan strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam penilaian karakter untuk mendukung penilaian karakter siswa di pendidikan. Berbagai pendekatan penilaian karakter, seperti penilaian berbasis observasi, portofolio, dan penilaian diri, dijelaskan secara rinci untuk melihat kelebihan dan tantangannya dalam praktik pendidikan. di mana penilaian karakter dianggap sama pentingnya dengan pencapaian kognitif. Implementasi model dan strategi yang tepat dalam penilaian karakter, seperti penggunaan rubrik penilaian yang jelas, keterlibatan orang tua, kolaborasi guru dan siswa serta dukungan lain, diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pembentukan penilaian karakter yang kuat.

Abstract

Leadership is a key element in determining the direction and success of an organization. This study aims to identify the functions and types of leadership that play a role in organizational effectiveness, especially in the context of education. A descriptive qualitative approach is used with a literature study as the main method to explore relevant leadership theories. The results of the study indicate that leadership functions include planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. In addition, there are various types of leadership that are commonly applied, including authoritarian, democratic, and laissez-faire leadership. Each type has different characteristics and influences on the motivation, communication, and productivity of organizational members. This study emphasizes the importance of choosing the type of leadership that is appropriate to the situation, organizational culture, and characteristics of the individuals being led. By understanding the functions and types of leadership properly, a leader can carry them out optimally to achieve organizational goals. This study is expected to contribute to the development of leadership insights, especially for practitioners and academics in the field of education.
