Abstract

The principal's leadership plays an important role in building an inclusive school culture to support social space-based education. Inclusive education emphasizes equal access, active participation, and an environment that supports student diversity. This literature review aims to analyze how principal leadership can create an inclusive school culture that encourages healthy social interactions and improves student well-being. This research uses a literature review approach with descriptive-qualitative methods to analyze inclusive educational leadership theories and best practices that have been implemented in various schools. The findings show that school principals who have an inclusive vision are able to implement strategic policies, build effective communication, and collaborate with various parties to create a friendly learning environment for all students. Case studies from various countries also reveal that a social booth-based approach can increase student engagement, reduce discrimination, and strengthen the values ​​of tolerance in school communities. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of educational policies that support inclusive leadership training for school principals as well as strengthening regulations related to inclusive schools. In addition, school principals need to adopt a transformative and collaborative leadership model to ensure that an inclusive culture can be implemented sustainably. With the right strategy, schools can become spaces that not only provide academic education, but also shape the social character of students who are more empathetic, tolerant and ready to face life in a diverse society.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era demands significant changes in the education system, including in Christian Religious Education (PAK). The aim of this research is to explore the role of PAK in building a quality learning environment in the 5.0 era, where technology and spiritual values ​​must go hand in hand. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature studies and phenomenological analysis of the implementation of PAK in various educational institutions. The research results show that PAK has an important contribution in shaping students' character, improving digital ethics, and creating a holistic and inclusive learning environment. By integrating technology and Christian principles, education can be more adaptive to the challenges of the times without losing its spiritual essence. This study confirms that PAK plays a role as a foundation in building a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has high morality in the digital era.

Abstract

Multilingualism in education is increasingly becoming a global concern because of its role in improving students' cognitive, academic and social skills. This research is a systematic literature review which aims to analyze various teaching approaches and methods in a multilingual school environment. Various scientific sources, including journal articles, academic books, and research reports, were reviewed to identify the effectiveness and challenges of immersion, translanguaging, bilingual, and plurilingual approaches to learning. The analysis results show that the immersion approach is effective in improving target language skills, while translanguaging is more inclusive in supporting students' academic understanding. Bilingual and plurilingual approaches also offer flexibility in learning, especially in environments with high linguistic diversity. Additionally, technology plays an important role in supporting multilingual learning through interactive tools and digital platforms. However, challenges such as gaps in access to education, stigma against minority languages, and the readiness of teaching staff are still obstacles in implementing multilingualism in schools. This research contributes to providing insight into strategies that can be adopted to optimize multilingual learning, as well as highlighting the need for more inclusive and adaptive education policies. It is hoped that the implications of this study can help educators and policy makers in designing more effective and sustainable multilingual teaching programs.

Abstract

Basic teaching skills are an important aspect that teachers must have in order to carry out their role in managing the learning process. Competent teachers will be better able to create an effective learning environment and be able to manage their classes, so that student learning outcomes can be achieved optimally. A teacher in learning must have basic teaching skills, namely in the initial/opening activities, core activities, and closing activities. These three activities are the main activities and must be carried out in learning. In connection with research regarding teachers' teaching skills, the material for measuring the basic skills of implementing learning was observed by researchers through observation sheets. Increasing teacher efforts can be done by broadening horizons, developing the learning environment, utilizing various learning resources, and providing rewards as teacher appreciation for students' enthusiasm for learning. The teacher's skill in carrying out learning from start to finish can make students happier participating in learning activities.
