Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia No 59 Tahun 2017 telah berkomitmen untuk turut serta bersama PBB menyukseskan komitmen global dalam rangka Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan atau Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Saat pemerintah Indonesia fokus dalam implementasi SDGs, negeri ini juga mendapatkan bonus demografi dengan perkiraan angka produktif yang akan menyentuh 67% dan sangat potensial untuk memajukan bangsa sebagai implementasi dari kepentingan nasional. Disaat bersamaan, tantangan dan ancaman bagi ketahanan nasional yang muncul dari kondisi sosial politik serta ekonomi pada tataran global, regional dan nasional ada di hadapan bangsa Indonesia. Artikel ini akan mengulas bagaimana posisi SDGs yang merupakan agenda global, kepentingan nasional indonesia dalam SDGs, serta dampaknya bagi ketahanan nasional.

Abstract

Student management can be applied to OSIS whose work ethic needs to be continuously improved because it can help achieve school goals. Increasing the work ethic of OSIS administrators can be achieved through planning, coaching and training. This research aims to: find out student management planning and coaching and training in improving the work ethic of the OSIS, as well as knowing the impact of this management in improving the work ethic of the OSIS of SMK Fatahillah Cileungsi. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection in this research used interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research explain that student management in improving the work ethic of the OSIS at Fatahillah Cileungsi Vocational School is: 1) Student management planning is carried out by holding school work meetings, socializing the program to all OSIS administrators, forming an activity committee, and making a final activity report, 2) Student development and training is carried out by holding LDKS activities, involving OSIS administrators in OSIS forums throughout West Java, collaborating with all extracurricular activities, and carrying evaluation once a week, 3) The impact of student management is that the OSIS administrators become more punctual, independent, Solid coordination between the Principal, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, OSIS Supervisor, and all Management, well-organized work program, The OSIS has become more creative, has a sense of responsibility, the OSIS Management has become more self-confident, more disciplined and brave.

Abstract

The study of gender and the social movements that are currently taking place has made the investigation of social movements into one of its most important areas of focus. Since its inception in 1938, the Nahdlatul Ulama social movement has been an essential component in the institutionalisation of gender equality and the advancement of women's rights. The findings of the study demonstrated that over the period between 1938 and 2022, the Nahdlatul Ulama social movement made a significant contribution to the evolution of Indonesian society, particularly as it pertained to concerns of gender equality. The social movement's contribution can be observed in the formation of public opinion as well as in the organisations or foundations that have a role to the creation of narratives and social institutions. Penelitian tentang gerakan sosial menjadi salah satu topik penting dalam mengkaji gender dan perubahan sosial yang terjadi. Gerakan sosial Nahdlatul Ulama sejak tahun 1938 telah menjadi bagian penting dalam upaya sosialisasi kesetaraan gender dan pemberdayaan perempuan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa sejak tahun 1938 hingga tahun 2022 kontribusi gerakan sosial Nahdlatul Ulama sangat besar dalam perubahan sosial khususnya terkait isu gender dan pemberdayaan perempuan di Indonesia. Bentuk kontribusi gerakan sosial Nahdlatul Ulama terlihat dari pembentukan opini publik hingga organisasi maupun Yayasan yang memiliki kontribusi dalam pembentukan narasi serta lembaga sosial.

Abstract

The high rate of Al-Qur’an illiteracy in Indonesia reflects the low quality of Qur’anic education, largely due to the lack of teacher professionalism. This study aims to describe how human resource management (HRM) is applied to enhace the professionalism of Al-Qur’an teachers at SDS Shibghah Akhlak Quran (SAKURA) in Bekasi City. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the application of POAC management functions (planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling) has had a positive impact on improving teacher professionalism, particularly in personal, pedagogical, and spiritual aspects. However, several shortcomings were identified, including inadequate documentation system, the absence of competency-based performance evaluations, and limited teacher training and technological literacy. A SWOT analysis was used to assess the school’s internal and external conditions and to formulate more structured and sustainable HR development strategies.
