Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role and responsibilities of legal aid institutions in trademark disputes in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative research, specifically normative legal research. The approach used is a legislative and conceptual approach. The data obtained indirectly from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials such as the 2016 Law No. 20, books, and legal research journals. The data collection to solve this problem is done through documentary or library research, using snowball sampling technique, by tracing legal regulations sources in the field of trademarks. After collecting the data, it is analyzed qualitatively. This technique involves studying legal materials or literature to provide an understanding of the research topic and help the writer draw accurate conclusions. The research findings conclude that legal aid institutions (LAI) play a strategic role in assisting individuals or groups, including businesses or other organizations, in resolving legal problems they face. LAIs can provide professional assistance in resolving trademark disputes, making the resolution process easier. In trademark disputes, LAIs can provide advocacy and assistance in the resolution process, including litigation or settlement outside the court. Thus, LAIs can ensure that the rights of parties involved in trademark disputes are protected and fulfilled in a professional and lawful manner.

Abstract

The Hajj pilgrimage is a pillar of Islam that must be carried out by Muslims who are physically, financially, and securely able. The Hajj rituals have a deep spiritual dimension, but are also full of practical challenges, including the density of pilgrims, time constraints, and various health conditions of pilgrims. This requires a deep understanding of the concept of priority fiqh, which is an approach in fiqh that focuses on determining the priority scale of practices based on maqasid sharia (objectives of sharia). This research aims to examine the urgency of priority fiqh in the Hajj pilgrimage and provide practical solutions for pilgrims in dealing with complex situations during the Hajj. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method by examining classical and contemporary fiqh literature, so that it is expected to be a guideline for Muslims in managing the Hajj pilgrimage optimally. By understanding priority fiqh, pilgrims can ensure that their implementation of worship remains valid, effective, and in accordance with the main objectives of sharia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi sistem blok dalam kurikulum pendidkan kejuruan di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Weleri beserta kelebihan dan kekurangannya. Sistem blok adalah pendekatan pembelajaran yang mengatur waktu pembelajaran lebih intens dengan durasi yang cukup panjang pada tiap pertemuan yang memungkinkan pendalaman materi secara lebih optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara terhadap guru dan juga siswa. uji keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi dan analisis data dengan langkah pengumpulan, reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem blok memiliki dampak positif terhadap pemahaman materi yang lebih mendalam serta fokus pembelajaran dan evaluasi.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the role of KKN students in improving the quality of Quranic learning at the Darul Alam Islamic Boarding School (TPQ) in Purwogondo Village. This non-formal institution, established in 2023, has approximately 30 students and teaches Quranic reading, prayer, supplications, and short surahs. The study used observation, interviews, and documentation methods during the KKN period, from July 22 to August 24, 2025. The results indicate that the KKN student intervention successfully varied teaching methods, increased students' learning motivation, and improved Quranic recitation fluency with more accurate pronunciation and tajweed. Challenges encountered included differences in ability among students, limited study time, and suboptimal supporting facilities. Overall, the program has brought short-term benefits in the form of improved reading skills, initial understanding of Islamic teachings, and the formation of positive habits. Expected long-term benefits include the formation of strong Islamic character, a generation of role models, spiritual resilience, and the continuity of religious education. This study concludes that the presence of KKN students at TPQ Darul Alam can be a catalyst for change in the quality of local Quranic education if supported by teacher training, adequate facilities, and active community involvement.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran mahasiswa KKN dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di TPQ Darul Alam, Desa Purwogondo. Lembaga non-formal yang berdiri tahun 2023 ini memiliki sekitar 30 santri dan bergerak dalam pengajaran membaca Al-Qur’an, sholat, doa-doa, dan surat-surat pendek. Penelitian menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama masa KKN dari 22 Juli hingga 24 Agustus 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi mahasiswa KKN berhasil memberikan variasi metode pengajaran, meningkatkan motivasi belajar santri, dan memperbaiki kefasihan membaca Al-Qur’an dengan pelafalan serta tajwid yang lebih tepat. Kendala yang muncul antara lain perbedaan kemampuan antar santri, keterbatasan waktu belajar, dan sarana pendukung yang belum optimal. Secara keseluruhan, program ini telah membawa manfaat jangka pendek berupa peningkatan kemampuan membaca, pemahaman awal ajaran Islam, serta pembentukan kebiasaan positif. Manfaat jangka panjang yang diharapkan meliputi pembentukan karakter Islami yang kuat, generasi teladan, ketahanan spiritual, dan kesinambungan pendidikan keagamaan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa kehadiran mahasiswa KKN di TPQ Darul Alam dapat menjadi katalisator perubahan dalam kualitas pendidikan Al-Qur’an lokal apabila didukung oleh pelatihan guru, fasilitas memadai, dan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat.
