Abstract

Permasalahan sampah plastik di Desa Mojowarno yang belum teratasi dengan baik dapat menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan dan berdampak buruk pada kesehatan masyarakat. Salah satu langkah untuk mengurangi pencemaran serta mengelola sampah plastik adalah dengan menerapkan inovasi berupa ecobrick. Sasaran dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pedoman komprehensif tentang pembuatan ecobrick di Desa Mojowarno untuk mengurangi limbah plastik dan menciptakan produk bernilai guna. Untuk mengatasi minimnya pemahaman masyarakat terkait pemanfaatan ecobrick, dilakukan kegiatan edukasi dan pelatihan pembuatan ecobrick. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 71 anggota masyarakat setempat, termasuk ibu-ibu PKK. Ecobrick yang telah dibuat digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk seperti kursi dan meja. Keuntungan dari penggunaan teknologi ecobrick adalah dapat menurunkan jumlah sampah plastik yang mencemari lingkungan dan dalam waktu bersamaan dapat menghasilkan barang-barang fungsional dan estetis dari material yang sebelumnya dianggap tidak berguna.

Abstract

Technological changes are rapidly changing industry competition. Companies need to take steps so that employees can adapt to changes and acquire skills that are in line with technological and market developments. Quality training and development is expected to increase the company's ability to face future challenges. This study combines a qualitative approach with a descriptive methodology. This approach was chosen because it has a descriptive and exploratory nature that has the aim of providing an overview of the perspectives and interpretations of the research subjects. Qualitative descriptive research has a primary focus on observation and interaction. The results of this study indicate that the training and development carried out by PT IMST has been effective, PT IMST has carried out training and development according to the needs of employees. The company has implemented an evaluation system after the implementation of training and development of employees is carried out as feedback from the implementation of training and development. The conclusion that the evaluation results of training and development have a positive impact on employees and a high level of employee participation, so that the implementation is effective based on its measurements.

Abstract

The impact of globalisation has caused competition between companies to become more competitiveThe prevailing competition necessitates that numerous companies must demonstrate sustained growth,, this is intended so that companies can continue to face all forms of challenges and competition that exist due to the impact of globalisation. In facing global competition, companies must pay attention to the quality of products produced because the level of consumer awareness of the quality of a product is increasing. For this reason, companies need to obtain international recognition that certifies the conformity of products and company systems to standards. Consistent implementation of this standard is expected to have an impact on customer loyalty. In this study, the main focus lies on the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and its impact on business processes and customer satisfaction, along with the factors that support or hinder its implementation. The analytical methods used include qualitative approaches, such as observation, documentation, and interviews, as a way to collect data. Data collection was conducted through observation, documentation, and interview techniques with informants selected using purposive sampling method.
