This research was carried out in Penginjau Hamlet, Bathin II Pelayang District, Bungo Regency, at an altitude of ± 75 meters above sea level. The research was carried out from 05 January 2015 to 05 April 2015. This research aims to study to determine the effect of giving growth stimulants on the growth of gaharu plant seeds (Aquilaria malaccensis Lamk) in polybags. The aim of the research is to obtain a dose of growth stimulants that will give results to the growth of agarwood seedlings.The method used in this research was a completely randomized design (RAK), with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The concentration of Atonic growth stimulant used was as follows: A0: No treatment (as control), A1: 0.50 cc Atonic ZPT/liter of water , A2: 1.00 cc ZPT Atonik/ liter of water, A3: 1.50 cc ZPT Atonik/ liter of water and A4: 2.00 cc ZPT Atonik/ liter of water. The data obtained from the final observations were analyzed using variance, if they had a real effect then continued with the Duncan New's Multiple Range Test (DNMRT). The variables observed were plant height (cm), total leaf area (cm2), stem diameter (mm) and root volume (ml). From the experimental results, the administration of atonic plant growth regulator (ZPT) concentrations had no significant effect on plant height (cm), total leaf area (cm2), stem circumference (mm) and root volume (ml)

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of corporate governance, profitability and capital intensity both partially and simultaneously on tax avoidance. This type of research is quantitative research, and the research object is mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2016 period. The sample in this research consisted of 11 companies by testing the hypothesis through the classical assumption test, t test, and f test. The results of this research state that corporate governance, which is proxied by the audit committee and audit quality and capital intensity, partially has no effect on tax avoidance, while partial profitability has a significant effect on tax avoidance. Corporate governance as proxied by the audit committee and audit quality, profitability and capital intensity simultaneously have a significant effect on tax avoidance.

This study aims to analyze the role of social and cultural contexts in the formation of students' morals in Islamic education. The formation of morals is a key aspect of Islamic education, which not only provides religious knowledge but also nurtures noble character. The study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to collect and analyze data from various relevant sources on moral education within social and cultural contexts. The literature reviewed is drawn from academic databases and accredited articles discussing Islamic education, morals, and the influence of social and cultural factors on character development. The findings indicate that social and cultural environments significantly impact students' moral development. Students in positive environments, such as those raised in families that instill Islamic values and interact with supportive peers, tend to exhibit better behaviors, including honesty, responsibility, and compassion. In contrast, students exposed to negative environments, such as harmful peer groups or unhealthy media influences, are more vulnerable to deviant behavior. The study also highlights that local cultural values, such as respect for parents and politeness, strengthen moral education. This research underscores the importance of collaboration between families, schools, and communities, and suggests integrating local cultural values into Islamic moral education for a more effective and relevant approach.

This research aims to examine the role of natural sciences in overcoming global environmental crises through sustainable science-based solutions. With environmental problems such as climate change, pollution, and ecosystem degradation on the rise, a comprehensive scientific approach is needed to identify effective mitigation and adaptation strategies. The research method used in this article is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This approach is used to collect and analyze previous research that discusses the contribution of natural sciences in dealing with environmental crises. The literature analyzed includes international journals, academic books, and research reports from trusted institutions. The data are categorized based on relevance, methods, results, and conclusions of the research to gain a deep understanding of the latest developments in sustainable solutions. The results of the study show that natural sciences have a crucial role in overcoming the global environmental crisis through various innovations and science-based approaches. Continuous research has contributed to the development of solutions such as renewable energy, environmental conservation, and environmentally friendly technologies. To increase the effectiveness of the implementation of these solutions, closer collaboration between scientists, governments, industry, and the public is needed in integrating research results into real policies and practices. Thus, increasingly complex environmental challenges can be overcome more effectively, so that the future of the earth can be better preserved for future generations.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of government communication in conveying public policies through social media. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of content analysis of official social media accounts of government agencies, in-depth interviews with key informants, and online observation of public involvement. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of government communication on social media still varies between agencies, influenced by communication strategies, language styles, and forms of content presentation. Policy messages are often delivered formally and less communicatively, so they are not fully understood by the public. Two-way interaction is also still limited, resulting in low responsiveness to public comments and questions. Supporting factors for communication effectiveness include the professionalism of the management team, consistency of uploads, and the use of attractive visual content. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced include low digital literacy of the apparatus, limited communication budget, and the absence of standard digital communication guidelines. This study recommends the need for a more humanistic and participatory communication approach so that the delivery of public policies can be more effective and impactful.

This study explores the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the preparation of financial statements and its influence on the quality of financial reporting. The research applies a quantitative descriptive-explanatory method, using a purposive sampling technique involving 60 accounting and finance professionals from organizations that implement AI-based systems in their reporting processes. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between AI usage and the quality of financial statements, measured through indicators such as reliability, relevance, and comparability. The findings show that AI has a positive and statistically significant effect on financial reporting quality. This indicates that greater integration of AI tools in accounting processes can enhance the accuracy, consistency, and decision-usefulness of financial information. The results not only confirm the practical benefits of AI in streamlining financial tasks but also contribute to the theoretical understanding of how digital technologies are reshaping the foundations of accounting practices. By positioning AI as a transformative force in the evolution of financial reporting theory, this study provides a basis for future research to explore the broader implications of AI adoption, particularly in areas such as audit automation, ethical standards, and the development of digital accounting frameworks.

The purpose of writing this research is to find out that math learning has an important role in shaping students' understanding and numeracy skills. Teachers use various active learning strategies such as math games, math manipulatives, and creative projects to help students understand math concepts concretely. Students are also invited to see the connection between mathematics and daily life situations. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to explain the implementation of innovative learning in student character building in junior high school. The qualitative approach is used to describe naturally observed phenomena and to interpret the meaning behind them. The results of the study Mathematics is a fundamental branch of science, covering concepts such as numbers, counting, algebra, geometry, statistics, and calculus. Using symbols, formulas and rules, mathematics allows us to explain and model phenomena in a wide range of fields, from nature to science, technology and economics. More than just a tool for solving practical problems, math is also a means for the development of logical, analytical, and creative thinking skills.

This study aims to determine the factors that attract Al-Azhar Educational Institution to use Rabbani products as fashion clothing. Product attractiveness is a key to a product if it is to be chosen by consumers. The determinants of the attractiveness of Rabbani products are very useful to find out the background of interest in using these products. Rabbani is a type of product brand in which there are many kinds of Muslim products, one of the most famous is the instant hijab. Al-Azhar Institute is one of the users of Rabbani products used as fashion clothing.This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive analysis approach. The data in this study were collected through library research and field research techniques by means of interviews and observations. In this study there were 50 informants, all of whom were Al-Azhar teachers who used Rabbani products and the head of Al-Azhar institution as the main informant. The results of this study concluded that the background of Al-Azhar's use of Rabbani products was because previously Al-Azhar was looking for solutions to overcome the problems they experienced, namely making teachers' sports uniforms whose previous clothing designs were not the same. After looking for information on what products are suitable for overcoming these problems, Al-Azhar is interested in Rabbani products. While the characteristics of the attractiveness of Rabbani products until the Al-Azhar Institute uses Rabbani products as teacher uniforms until they are satisfied using these products include quality, design, and brand.

Managerial innovation plays a critical role in driving the growth and sustainability of start-ups, especially in the dynamic creative industries in Indonesia. This article explores the application of managerial innovation in the context of start-up companies operating in the creative industries sector in Indonesia, focusing on strategies and practices that have been successfully implemented. Through a case study approach, this article analyzes how these companies adapt their business models, manage change, and leverage technology to create added value. The research findings suggest that effective managerial innovation includes the use of digital technology, flexibility in project management, and the implementation of creative marketing strategies. This article also discusses the challenges faced by start-ups in implementing managerial innovation and provides recommendations for strengthening managerial practices in the creative industries. This research provides valuable insights for start-up owners and creative industry managers on how managerial innovation can enhance competitiveness and success in a competitive market.
