Abstract

With rapid developments in the fields of technology and information, people must start learning about the internet and staying connected to it. One of the things that is done is shopping online, or e-Commerce, which is a new lifestyle that is emerging at the moment. Large companies and UMKM utilize e-Commerce in the business world. As is the case in Lhokseumawe City, Banda Sakti District, Aceh Regency. The aim of this research is to apply e-Commerce to increase the competitiveness of UMKM.. Trade competition is normal. However, sellers, or manufacturers, have many ways to offer their goods or services. This can be via the internet, newspapers, magazines, etc. Therefore, an effective trading plan is needed for trading on this electronic platform. One of the UMKM in Lhokseumawe City which is the subject of this case study is to provide a complete picture of how e-Commerce is implemented in UMKM.

Abstract

Various economic systems, including Islamic ones, have debated usury in financial transactions. Because it is considered detrimental to one of the parties and contrary to the principles of justice, usury, which literally means unfair additions or profits in transactions, is prohibited in Islam. By referring to primary sources such as the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as the opinions of fiqh scholars, this research aims to study the Islamic perspective on the use of riba in recording financial transactions. Understanding the use of usury in recording financial transactions is the main objective of this research. The research results show that Islam emphasizes the prohibition of usury in recording financial transactions and encourages the use of a financial system that is based on the principles of balance, transparency and mutual benefit. Apart from that, this research also discusses alternative efforts that can be used by the Islamic financial system to replace the practice of usury, such as the application of fairer principles for results (mudharabah) and buying and selling (murabahah). Thus, the Islamic financial system can stop the practice of usury.

Abstract

Pemimpin adalah acuan dalam kinerja organisasi, maka dari itu gaya kepemimpinan diciptakan untuk perubahan yang harus diawali dari level tertinggi yaitu pemimpin itu sendiri. Kepemimpinan mempunyai peranan pusat terhadap suatu organisasi maupun kelompok. Di dalam suatu organisasi harus saling membina dengan mengikuti pengendalian dari pemimpin nya guna mencapai tujuan kinerja yang baik. Penganggaran partisipatif merupakan suatu alat manajerial yang sangat berguna bagi manajemen dalam mengelola dan memantau jalannya operasi organisasi, sehingga tujuan tercapai dengan efisien dan efektif. Dengan adanya gaya kepemimpinan dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi yang berkelanjutan. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan gaya kepemimpinan dan penganggaran partisipatif terhadap kinerja organisasi. Seluruh informasi dalam artikel ini diambil dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan internet. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja manajerial.
