Abstract

This study aimed to 1) identify the description of non-financial compensation at the State Aliyah Madrasah in Bandung, 2) describe administrative work loyalty at the State Aliyah Madrasah in Bandung, and 3) analyze the relationship between non-financial compensation and the work loyalty of administrative employees at the State Aliyah Madrasah in Bandung. This study employs a quantitative approach with ex post facto methods. The sample consists of 39 administrative employees selected using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and the data analysis technique utilized the SPSS 26 program. The results indicate that the non-financial compensation variable received an outstanding respondent's response of 88.17%, with the Reality (X) Non-financial compensation variable falling into the "Very High" category due to its interval range of 4.20-5.00 and obtaining a value of 4.40. The Reality variable (Y), Job Loyalty, also falls into the "Very High" category, with an interval range of 4.20-5.00 and a value of 4.33. The correlation coefficient value is 0.612, indicating a strong positive relationship as it falls within the range of 0.61 – 0.80.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif peran kompetensi profesional dan pembelajaran kolaboratif dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, yakni dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber ilmiah, termasuk jurnal-jurnal yang telah terakreditasi, buku referensi, dan dokumen resmi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru, yang mencakup penguasaan materi ajar, kemampuan pedagogik, serta pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Di sisi lain, pembelajaran kolaboratif antarguru terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat refleksi praktik mengajar, meningkatkan inovasi, serta membangun budaya kerja yang saling mendukung. Integrasi antara kompetensi profesional dan pembelajaran kolaboratif menciptakan sinergi yang mendorong guru menjadi lebih adaptif, kreatif, dan berkomitmen terhadap pengembangan mutu pendidikan. Kajian ini merekomendasikan penguatan program pelatihan guru berbasis kolaboratif dan berorientasi pada pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the conditions of work culture in educational institutions in supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, analyze the factors that influence the optimization of work culture, and develop effective strategies to improve the quality of learning through optimizing work culture in the Independent Curriculum era. The method used is a literature study by reviewing various books, journals, and other academic sources that are relevant to this topic. The results of the study indicate that a collaborative, flexible, and professional teacher development-oriented work culture is very important to support the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. Several factors that influence the optimization of work culture in educational institutions include strong leadership, relevant teacher training, and collaboration between all education stakeholders. In addition, to improve shared learning, the strategies that need to be implemented are strengthening a culture of collaboration, developing teacher competencies, and improving leadership that supports changes in learning. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that a work culture can be created that supports the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and improves the quality of learning in educational institutions.
