Abstract

Generation Z grew in the midst of rapid technological developments, including the use of Characters. Al, an artificial intelligence-based platform that allows interaction with virtual characters. This article explores the role of Character. Al supports self-expression, trains social skills, and overcomes loneliness in Generation Z. Findings show that this technology can provide significant benefits, especially in aspects of mental health and communication. However, challenges such as potential dependencies and data privacy issues are also a concern. By understanding the role and impact of Character. Al, Generation Z can use this technology wisely to support their social lives.

Abstract

Optimizing long-term memory in vocabulary is a significant challenge for many university students. The author explores various strategies which include: (1) spaced repetition, (2) use of mnemonic devices, (3) contextual learning, (4) active use, (5) visual aids and mind mapping, (6) self-testing with mobile apps, and (7) associative learning. Each strategy is discussed in depth in current research. The findings show that a combination of several strategies, such as spaced repetition with memory practice, the use of verbal mnemonics, contextualized learning, and visual aids, can significantly improve vocabulary retention and language comprehension.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of free educational websites in improving phonological awareness in young children. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, we analyzed several freely accessible platforms and their use in classroom and home learning settings. Findings show that websites such as Starfall, English Sound, and BBC Learning English contribute positively to children's sound recognition and phoneme segmentation. This study recommends the integration of such tools in the early language curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of National Education Standards (SNP) in realizing a quality and equitable education system in Indonesia. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach to various scientific sources discussing the implementation of SNP, including educator professionalism, education management, and quality equity between regions. The results of the study show that the SNP functions as the main instrument for quality assurance as well as a strategy for educational equity through eight standards that must be met by each educational unit. The implementation of the SNP has been proven to improve the quality of learning, the competence of educators, and the accountability of school management. In addition, the SNP plays a role in narrowing the gap in educational quality between regions by establishing uniform performance indicators at the national level. However, implementation in the field still faces obstacles in the form of limited human resources, infrastructure, and uneven policy support. Therefore, collaboration among stakeholders is needed to optimize the implementation of the SNP through continuous training, managerial supervision, and strengthening of the internal quality assurance system in schools. This study confirms that the SNP is a strategic foundation for building a quality, inclusive, and equitable national education system in the era of educational transformation.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the need for madrasahs to adapt to technological developments, particularly in document management, which was previously done manually. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of administration in digital archive management at MTsN 3 Jember, identify the obstacles that arose, and explain the efforts made to overcome these obstacles. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that administration played an important role as the main manager of digital documents through the use of applications such as SIMPEG, TTE, and SAKTI, as well as the use of cloud-based storage to maintain the security and ease of access to archives. The obstacles faced include the limited digital capabilities of employees, technical disruptions to applications, and suboptimal technological infrastructure. However, various efforts have been made, including performing regular backups, improving the organization of digital documents, and enhancing staff capabilities through independent learning. This study confirms that the success of digital archive management requires synergy between human resource readiness, technological support, and managerial policies that support the transformation of madrasah administration.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the causes of occupational accidents and to identify potential hazards in the material cutting process at PT Kanaan Global Indonesia using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) approach. The high number of occupational accidents, totaling 15 cases during the period of December 2024–May 2025, indicates the existence of gaps in occupational safety control in this area. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews with workers, and the collection of historical data from the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) unit. Risk analysis was carried out using a risk matrix to determine likelihood and severity values, followed by JSA for each work stage. The results identified 25 potential hazards, consisting of 4 risks in the extreme category, 9 in the high category, 7 in the medium category, and 5 in the low category. High-risk hazards were predominantly found in roll cutting and cutting press machines, which are characterized by mechanical hazards. Control recommendations focus on the implementation of engineering controls such as the installation of guarding systems and safety light curtains, improvements in safe work procedures, and increased discipline in the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). These findings demonstrate that the JSA method provides a comprehensive overview of risk sources and serves as an effective basis for formulating occupational accident control strategies within the company.

Abstract

This study is intended to examine the pivotal function of youth-based organizations as a communication link between society and local governments, along with assessing how the delivery of these aspirations influences the quality of both the policy formulation process and its results at the regional level. A qualitative approach with descriptive analysis was applied in this research, where data were gathered through literature studies, document review, and direct observation of relevant social occurrences. The results highlight that youth institutions play a crucial part in gathering, sorting, and communicating various public demands, necessities, and expectations to the authorities in charge. Their active engagement contributes significantly to positive outcomes, such as enhancing the precision, suitability, and responsiveness of the policies drafted, while ensuring these regulations correspond with real conditions and community requirements. Moreover, involving youth groups reinforces policy validity and fosters greater transparency and accountability within local government administration. This research concludes that maximizing the function of youth organizations is a necessity to realize good governance and public policies that prioritize the common good and public interest.

Abstract

The application of fuzzy logic in decision making is growing, especially in determining products that meet certain criteria. This study aims to apply the Mamdani fuzzy logic method to recommend the best packaged milk based on protein content and price. Input data in the form of price and protein content are converted into fuzzy sets and processed using MATLAB application. The process of fuzzification, rule determination, inference, and defuzzification produces ideal milk recommendations according to consumer preferences. The results show that products with high protein content and affordable prices have the highest recommendation rate. This method helps consumers in choosing dairy products that suit their nutritional needs and budget.
