Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM), influencer marketing, and halal awareness partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in Mountea products. This type of research uses quantitative research with a correlational approach. The sample in the study amounted to 83 respondents. Data analysis techniques are used for instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis with SPSS version 26.0. The results of the data analysis show that the results of the partial test (t test), Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) and influencer marketing partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, while halal awareness has no significant effect. The simultaneous test results (F test) show that F count (43.474) > F table (2.72) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM), influencer marketing, and halal awareness simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi wakaf, religiositas, pendapatan, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap minat berwakaf uang pada masyarakat kota Serang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota Serang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan metode purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 sampel. Adapun uji analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan spss 25 diantaranya, uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, regresi berganda, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji literasi wakaf, religiositas, pendapatan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap minat berwakaf uang dengan nilai t tabel masing – masing variabel > t hitung dan nilai masing – masing sig < 0,05. Kemudian variabel tingkat pendidikan tidak berpengaruh secara parsial dengan nilai sig sig 0,293 > 0,05. Selain itu diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 40.132 > 2,47 dan nilai Sig 0,00 < 0,05. Maka secara simultan variabel literasi wakaf, religiositas, pendapatan, dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwakaf uang pada masyarakat kota Serang Kata Kunci: literasi wakaf, religiositas, pendapatan, tingkat pendidikan, minat berwakaf uang

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the utilization of productive zakat through the Z-Chicken program organized by Baznas Banten Province. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach with data collection through interviews, documentation, observation and distribution of questionnaires to mustahik. The results of the study indicate that the average IPZ value of the Z-Chicken program is 0.48 which is included in the less good category. Currently the Z-Chicken program is in the strengthening stage.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of empowerment programs and business assistance on mustahiq welfare in Amil Zakat Institutions in Banten, with business growth as a mediating variable. A total of 160 respondents who have participated in the empowerment program were selected for analysis. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach to test the relationship between these variables. There is a significant influence between zakat empowerment on mustahiq welfare, business assistance on mustahiq welfare, and business assistance on business development, while business development on mustahiq welfare and zakat empowerment on business development do not have a significant influence. The need to increase the Zakat empowerment program is considered very important because Zakat empowerment can improve the welfare of mustahiq up to 27.1%. However, the contribution of business growth to mustahiq welfare is structurally still low. Nevertheless, increasing business growth is still considered important because it can improve mustahiq welfare.
