Abstract

Monetary policy is a tool used by central banks that can influence financial variables such as interest rates and the amount of money in circulation. The goal is to protect the value of money from external and internal threats while maintaining its stability. This monetary policy has a big influence on various sectors, one of which is the manufacturing sector. The method used is qualitative research. By using library research in collecting data. The Monetary policy is a policy that determines interest rates in a country, in the manufacturing sector, this is of course very influential for industrial progress if accompanied by restrictions that can hinder company. If viewed from an Islamic perspective, sharia economics has no regulations or determination regarding interest rates, the use of monetary policy in manufacturing companies is certainly not sustainable if the company is a sharia manufacturer. Monetary policy can influence the manufacturing sector, such as controlling inflation and interest rates to form a positive impact on policy. In this monetary context, monetary policy must be handled carefully in the context of Sharia economics so that it is in accordance with Sharia principles and has a good impact, especially in terms of managing interest rates and inflation. In Indonesia, the industrial sector plays an important role in driving economic expansion.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the importance of taxation knowledge and public awareness in paying taxes to help stabilize the economy in indonesia. taxes are mandatory levies in the form of money that comes from the people and is given to the state government. So, taxes are an obligation for all Indonesian people so that the state is able to gain revenue and carry out development. this research uses qualitative by analyzing previously published documents on the research topic being studied. By having sufficient knowledge about taxation, people will better understand the importance of paying taxes as an obligation that must be fulfilled for the development of the country. In addition, public awareness in paying taxes will also help in reducing the level of tax violations and increasing tax compliance. Therefore, the role of education and socialization regarding taxation and increasing public awareness in paying taxes needs to be continuously improved to achieve the goal of optimal tax revenue in Indonesia.

Abstract

Islamic economic thought has developed from classical to modern times, making significant contributions to creating an economic system based on justice, balance, and sustainability. This study aims to examine the ideas of Islamic economic figures, such as Al-Ghazali, Ibn Khaldun, Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr, and Abul A'la Maududi , who offers solutions to various economic challenges, both in their time and in the contemporary era. The research method used is library research, by collecting data from various primary and secondary sources, including books, journals, and relevant scientific articles. The results of the study show that these figures have complementary views, where classical thought emphasizes basic principles such as justice and morality in economics, while modern figures offer applicable concepts such as zakat management, prohibition of usury, and the sharia financial system as a solution to social inequality and economic exploitation. This study confirms that Islamic economic thought is not only oriented towards material gain, but also spiritual and social balance, making it a relevant and sustainable alternative in responding to global economic challenges.

Abstract

Toko Ayam Geprek Abizar yang beralamat di Jl. Pasar 7, Tembung, Kec Medan Tembung. Toko Ayam Geprek ini tidak hanya menyediakan Ayam Geprek saja, tetapi ada menyediakan topping-nya juga seperti telur dadar, hati ampela, telurpuyuh, tahu-tempe, perkedel, petai goreng dan lain-lain. Fenomena ataupun kejadian yang dapat dirasakan langsung olehpeneliti yaitu, Toko Ayam Geprek Abizar dengan desain bangunan yang sederhana dan tidak mewah, pelayanan yang biasa, dan penjualan produk yang hanya menggunakan strategi mulut ke mulut saja, menyebabkan masih kurangnya omzet sebagaimana yang diharapkan dan yang telah direncanakan. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan, apa kendala yang dihadapi dan bagaimana Solusi dalam menghadapi strategi pemasaran. Pembahasan penelitian ini berkaitan dengan teori meningkatkan penjualan, UMKM, Strategi Pemasaran, Labelisasi Halal, dan Kendala dalam Pengembangan UMKM. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan oleh Toko Ayam Geprek Abizar dalam meningkatkanpenjualan yaitu dengan menggunakan strategi marketing mix 9P (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, payment, packaging) yaitu strategi produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, orang, proses, bukti fisik, pembayaran, dan pengemasan.
