Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine how the impact of pencak silat coaching on social behavior at Bina Anak Bangsa IT Junior High School. This research method is a comparative research. The population of this study was 17 students and determined the sample using probability sampling technique. The research instrument used a Likert scale questionnaire to measure students' social behavior. The data collection technique uses calculating the overall questionnaire, questionnaire indicator criteria, % per questionnaire indicator. The data analysis technique uses data processing and analysis carried out in a quantitative way using descriptive-analytical statistics. The results of the Independent T-Test test obtained P-Value Sig. (2-tailed) 0.001 where the value is smaller than 0.05 so that the hypothesis is rejected. That there are results of significant differences between social behavior tends to be high with a percentage of 41.1% compared to the social behavior of students who do not participate in activities tends to be low with a percentage of 47%. The conclusion that there are differences in social behavior between the two variables. It can be said that extracurricular pencak silat coaching activities can have a positive influence on the social behavior of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a training model for sila service skills. This research is a type of Research and Developmen (R&D) research. The population in this study was 100 people and the sample was a small scale of 15 people and a large scale of 30 people. The instrument used is a value scale questionnaire. The procedure for developing this sila service training model used is the Borg and Gall development which consists of 10 steps. The results that have met the criteria are used, namely: 1) media experts obtained a percentage score of 90.38%, learning experts obtained a percentage score of 90.38%, expert trainers obtained a percentage score of 72.5%, small group students obtained a percentage score of 71.90%, and large group students obtained a percentage score of 78.86%. The results of analyzing student response data after conducting product trials resulted in a percentage score of 78.86% with the criteria used. Which means it is feasible to use in learning or extracurricular activities of sepak takraw games. From the development results it is concluded that the sila service training model can be used and practiced by students.

Abstract

Komunitas belajar ini menjadi perhatian utama dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran sekolah ini. Yang merupakan hal yang baru sehingga masih mencari formula terbaik dalam penerapannya. Guru-guru sudah mengikuti lokakarya Komunitas Belajar yang diselenggarakan Balai Guru Penggerak Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah, melalui kegiatan tersebut mereka dipandu dan diarahkan dalam membentuk komunitas belajar ini serta sudah terdaftar dalam Platfom Merdeka Belajar. Namun mereka masih mebutuhkan pelatihan-pelatihan untuk bisa mengembangkan komunitas belajar ini lebih baik di SMA 3 Sigi. Tim pengabdi perlu memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang ada. Tim pengabdi bermaksud bermitra atau bekerjasama dengan SMA 3 Kab. Sigi untuk mengadakan Pelatihan Pengembangan Komunitas Belajar Guru-Guru di SMA 3 Kab. Sigi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan Community Based Research (CBR). Dengan terlaksananya pelatihan ini maka permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra sudah teratasi, mereka lebih percaya diri dan mulai menyusun rencana program untuk komunitas belajar di SMA 3 Sigi serta motivasi dan kolaborasi dan dukungan profesional guru-guru semakin meningkat sehingga berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan secara menyeluruh di SMA 3 Sigi. Dari hasil evaluasi melalui tes wawancara langsung ke peserta yang terdiri dari 30 orang guru di SMA 3 Sigi terdapat 25 orang yang sudah memahami dan 5 orang yang belum memahami tentang peran dan fugsi komunitas belajar di SMA 3 Sigi.Â
