Abstract

Marketing management is a measurable action aimed at knowing the company's products to the wider community. marketing tactics are very important in doing business, so that businesses are able to market products to be synchronized with sales targets, marketing strategies carried out will result in what will happen aporisma, namely marketing products in accordance with processed production and desired profits. The research was conducted at the sempol ayam sales place in Simpang Empat, Simpang Kandis, Kampung Melayu District, Kelurahan Kandang. This article also uses a qualitative method using a literature study approach. The data used is data obtained through interviews conducted exclusively.

Abstract

Article 1313 of the Civil Code states that an agreement is an act in which one or more people bind themselves to one or more other people. In general, the agreement is the agreement of the parties about a matter that creates a legal relationship, raises the rights and obligations and if not executed as promised it will impose sanctions. The purpose of the agreement is to be the basis of a settlement if problems arise later in order to protect the parties, obtain legal certainty and justice. This study discusses the things that must be considered or fulfilled in making agreements and how the role of the principles of a legal agreement in realizing the objectives of the agreement. The settlement of the dispute of the agreement shall be settled not solely on the basis of what is written in the agreement but to consider the harmony of all the principles of the law of the agreement, namely the principle of contractual freedom, the principles of consensualism, the principles of legal certainty (pacta sunt servanda), good faith principles, personality principles, trust principles, principles of equality of rights, moral principles, The principle of propriety, customary principle, equilibrium principles, and The principle of protection.

Abstract

Currently, students or the community are required to be able to innovate in an increasingly modern era, one of which is the community service team of Dehasen University Bengkulu collaborating with State Elementary School 75 Bengkulu City in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. This community service is aimed at students of State Elementary School 75 Bengkulu City which aims to instill entrepreneurial insights, as well as foster an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. Having an entrepreneurial spirit is an important point for students in the future. In addition, from this activity, it is hoped that students can help the family economy and can also take advantage of their spare time to do positive activities by way of entrepreneurship and minimize juvenile delinquency. This community service socialization uses the method of explaining to students the importance of entrepreneurial knowledge and the importance of entrepreneurship and conducting questions and answers to students about the entrepreneurial material that has been delivered.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of the Effect of Service Quality on Consumer Loyalty Mediated by JNE Express Consumer Satisfaction in Bengkulu City. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were all JNE Express consumers in Bengkulu City. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a sample size of 150 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis using SmartPLS 4 is the outer model, inner model and bootstrapping test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t-statistic value of 5.362 which is greater than the t-table value (1.65) with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). (2) service quality has a negative effect on customer loyalty. This is evidenced by the t-statistic value of 1.340 which is smaller than the t-table value (1.65) with a level of significance of 0.192 exceeding the predetermined standard (<0.05). (3) customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. This is evidenced by the t-statistic value of 3.585 which is greater than the t-table value (1.65) with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). (4) service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction has a positive effect. This is evidenced by the mediation coefficient of the t-statistic value of 3.034 which is greater than the t-table value (1.65) with a significance level of 0.002 (<0.05).
