Abstract

Beton berserat menjadi pilihan seiring berkembangnya teknologi dalam bidang konstruksi karena meningkatkan durabilitas beton terutama kuat tarik beton. Serat yang digunakan pada peneltian ini adalah serat polypropylene dan serat kaca dengan variasi penambahan 0,0%, 0,2%, 0,4%, 0,6% dan 0,8%. Bahan tambah sebagai substitusi semen digunakan tanah diatomae yang telah dikalsinasi selama  5 jam pada suhu 600⁰C dengan kadar silika mencapai 78,73%. Jumlah persentase penambahan tanah diatomae adalah 10% dari berat semen. Benda uji yang digunakan sebagai tinjauan kuat tekan adalah silinder dengan diameter 10 cm dan tinggi 20 cm. Setiap variasi benda uji digunakan 3 benda uji, sehingga total benda uji untuk pengujian kuat tekan sebanyak 60. Benda uji absorbsi kubus dengan ukuran 5 cm ×  5 cm ×  5 cm. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan menyatakan tanah diatomae dan penambahan serat menurunkan nilai kuat tekan beton. Nilai tertinggi kuat tekan beton mutu tinggi adalah 73,70 MPa dengan substitusi 0% tanah diatomae dan 0,0% penambahan serat. Hasil pengujian absorbsi disimpulkan serat mampu mengurangi kadar penyerapan beton mutu tinggi.

Abstract

Cihideung Subdistrict is one of the centers of economic activity in Tasikmalaya City, which has shown rapid development in the field of trade. This area accommodates various forms of community economic activities, both traditional and modern. The rapid growth of contemporary retail has created new challenges in terms of economy and spatial planning, particularly in relation to the sustainability of conventional markets and the balance of urban space functions. This research methodology uses Geographic Information System (GIS)-based spatial analysis to evaluate the compliance of the distance between modern and traditional markets, in accordance with local regulations that stipulate a minimum distance of 1,000 meters. The analysis results show that four supermarkets in the study area are located within a 1,000-meter radius, thus violating the regulations established by the Mayor of Tasikmalaya Number 1 of 2015. This condition has a significant impact on the economy, society, environment, and urban spatial planning, including a decline in the income of traditional traders, changes in community consumption behavior, and an increase in vehicle volume that causes traffic congestion. However, in addition to these negative impacts, this situation also has positive effects, such as the creation of formal sector jobs and improved job skills for young people.
