Abstract

Proses produksi dan konsumsi manusia menyebabkan masalah sampah yang terjadi di seluruh dunia. Konsep 3R (reduce, reuse, and recycle) dapat membantu mengurangi jumlah sampah yang dibuang serta menghasilkan nilai tambahan bagi masyarakat. Sampah non-organik dapat didaur ulang atau digunakan untuk kerajinan. Sampah organik dapat dikumpulkan dan diproses menjadi biogas, pakan ternak, atau pupuk kompos. Pelatihan kepada masyarakat sangat perlu dilakukan untuk mengurangi sampah rumah tangga serta dapat meningkatkan penghasilan dari pengolahan sampah tersebut. Sosialisasi dan orientasi ini mengajak masyarakat RW 07 kelurahan Cikawao untuk memilah sampah ke dalam beberapa jenis sampah. Dari kegiatan ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa edukasi pemilahan sampah dengan metode 3R sangat diperlukan. Kesadaran pemilahan sampah harus dimulai dari lingkungan keluarga sehingga selain dapat mengurangi jumlah sampah juga dapat meningkatkan ekonomi dari inovasi kreatif daur ulang sampah.

Abstract

Manuscript type: Qualitative paper Research aims: To explore the factors influencing the recognition of international opportunities among entrepreneurs in emerging markets, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Design/methodology/approach: This study employs multiple case studies, investigating six Indone- sian SMEs in the creative industries. Research Findings: Entrepreneurs often recognize international opportunities through serendipi- tous events such as encounters with local agents, communications with foreign clients via Google Ads/Facebook Ads, invitations from government entities, and referrals from acquaintances. These international opportunities are often acknowledged based on prior business experience from initial internationalization, the use of social and business networks, and digital marketing strategies. While initial expansion into the global market was impromptu, subsequent entries became deliberate strate- gies involving social and business networks, previous international experience, and digital marketing platforms such as TikTok Shop, Facebook, and Instagram. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study provides a comprehensive understanding of how SMEs in emerging markets recognize international opportunities, emphasizing the role of serendipi- tous events and digital marketing in the internationalization process. practitioner/policy Implication: Policymakers and practitioners should support SMEs in leverag- ing digital marketing platforms and building strong social and business networks to enhance their recognition and pursuit of international opportunities. Research limitation/Implications: The study is limited to Indonesian SMEs in the creative indus- tries, which may impact the generalizability of the findings. Future research could investigate similar dynamics in other sectors and emerging markets to validate and extend these insights.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which accreditation, promotion, location, and facilities provided by Widyatama University influence prospective students' decisions in choosing the Bachelor's Degree in Management program. Widyatama University is one of the private universities in Bandung that offers diploma, bachelor's (S1), applied bachelor's (D4), and postgraduate (S2 and S3) programs. The S1 Management Study Program is one of the programs that has a high appeal among prospective students. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique was conducted using multiple linear regression. The respondents in this study amounted to 69 people who were selected through purposive sampling, consisting of active students from Widyatama University. Based on the data analysis results, it was found that the four independent variables (Accreditation, Promotion, Location, and Facilities) simultaneously have a significant influence on prospective students' decisions in choosing the S1 Management Study Program, with a Sig. value of (0.000) < α (0.05). The partial test results show that the Location variable (X3) and Facilities variable (X4) have a significant influence on prospective students' decisions, with Sig. values of each < 0.05. The Accreditation variable (X1) and Promotion variable (X2) also have an influence, although less significant compared to the other variables. This research emphasizes the importance of enhancing digital-based promotion strategies, improving campus facilities, and program accreditation to attract more prospective students

Abstract

Penyebaran wacana pendirian Khilafah Islamiyah yang dibawa oleh Hizbut Thahrir mengganggu stabilitas politik serta menjadi ancaman terhadap keutuhan serta keamanan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Selain itu, dampak yang disebabkan dari penyebarluasan ideolgi khilafah menyebabkan melemahnya kepercayaan masyarakat Indonesia terhadap pemerintah. Penelitian ini kemudian bertujuan untuk menganalisis respon pemerintah Indonesia terhadap wacana Khilafah Islamiyah yang dibawa oleh Hizbut Tahrir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis dan memanfaatkan data dari sumber sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep persepsi ancaman Raymod Cohen. Raymod Cohen menyatakan bahwa untuk memberikan bukti adanya ancaman yang dirasakan ada empat faktor operasional persepsi ancaman yang dapat digunakan yaitu Artikulasi para pembuat kebijakan, deskripsi pengamat kontemporer, usaha pembentukan respon alternatif, dan Coping Process untuk menanggapi ancaman. Berdasarkan konsep tersebut peneliti menemukan adanya ancaman yang dirasakan oleh pemerintah Indonesia disebabkan oleh eksistensi wacana Khilafah Islamiyah yang dibawa oleh Hizbut Thahrir. Lebih lanjut, ancaman ini dilegitimasi melalui pernyataan dan pidato-pidato para aktor negara yang menyebutkan bahwa eksistensi wacana yang dibawa oleh Hizbut Tahrir tersebut berbahaya bagi keutuhan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
