Abstract

Users can access the necessary services from anywhere and at any time thanks to the cloud computing technology, which places the majority of processing and computing on the Internet. However, in practice, each business develops its own information systems architecture and requirements. This brings up a number of issues, including the potential for redundant information systems, the lack of data structure standards, the inability of information systems to consolidate their data, and inconsistent information system development. The motivation behind developing a model of information technology architecture using the idea of cloud computing stems from some of these issues. A cloud-based information technology architectural model was created in line with the requirements and needs of the organization based on the analysis of the company's state and the use of the chosen framework. Another Indonesian company is anticipated to benefit from the research, primarily as a resource for constructing the information technology architecture.

Abstract

Call center management refers to how leaders manage the center and includes activities such as forecasting, scheduling, queue management, agent training and coaching, and, of course, ensuring customer contacts are handled professionally and efficiently. Call Center services in Indonesia do not reach the public. To achieve this, a call center is used for business services. To reach the target, effective call center performance is needed by the call center system appropriately. DRP is one of the solutions to reduce the data risk, because of disasters and other threats. So the system has another backup.

Abstract

There has been a shift in the needs of people and organizations that were originally material needs, now they are information needs. Especially the current workers, showing that 70% of workers there are knowledge workers and make knowledge the most useful resource at present. This study uses a quantitative approach with knowledge management independent variables consisting of people, knowledge sharing and technology and the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Sample was done by random sampling methods and sampling proportional technique, and the total sample produced was 70 people. The test uses validity, reliability and data analysis tests using ANOVA.

Keterampilan digital menjadi salah satu kompetensi penting yang harus dimiliki oleh pelajar untuk menghadapi tantangan di era digital. Salah satu bentuk keterampilan digital yang sangat dibutuhkan adalah penguasaan Microsoft Office, yang meliputi Microsoft Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital pelajar melalui pelatihan Microsoft Office. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman dan praktik langsung dalam menggunakan aplikasi tersebut untuk mendukung kegiatan akademik dan persiapan memasuki dunia kerja. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung dengan pendampingan oleh tim pelatih. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kompetensi digital pelajar, yang dapat dilihat dari kemampuan mereka dalam membuat dokumen, mengelola data, dan menyajikan presentasi secara efektif. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam mempersiapkan pelajar menjadi generasi yang siap menghadapi tantangan di era digital.

Abstract

Green IT is a cutting-edge information technology strategy designed to lessen the negative environmental effects of using IT infrastructure and devices. This study uses a qualitative methodology to investigate how Green IT is being adopted in different enterprises, emphasizing its advantages, difficulties, and practical implementation techniques. Document analysis and literature reviews from a range of sources pertaining to the adoption of green IT were used to gather data. According to the research, companies who use green IT see improvements in operational sustainability, lower carbon emissions, and increased energy efficiency. However, there are a number of significant obstacles to its adoption, including high upfront expenditures, ignorance, and reluctance to adopt new technologies. This report also emphasizes how crucial laws and rules are to encouraging the use of green IT. The study's conclusion highlights how putting Green IT into practice helps build a more sustainable and ecologically friendly technology ecosystem. As a result, companies must create all-encompassing plans for implementing Green IT, which should include purchasing energy-efficient equipment and increasing organizational understanding. This study helps policymakers, practitioners, and scholars better understand and support the future adoption of green IT.
