Abstract

Salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Srumbung, Kabupaten Magelang adalah Desa Polengan. Desa Polengan terletak di dekat kaki Gunung Merapi sebelah barat dalam radius 11 kilometer dari puncakgunung. Pemanfaatan lahan yang terbatas untuk kegiatan yang produktif dan berkelanjutan semakin penting dalam era modern ini, terutama di daerah pedesaan yang mulai menghadapi tekanan urbanisasi dan alih fungsi lahan. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan lahan yang semakin mendapat perhatian adalah penanaman tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA). TOGA adalah konsep pertanian sederhana yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah mereka untuk menanam berbagai jenis tanaman obat yang dapat digunakan untuk keperluan sehari-hari, seperti obat tradisional. Metode yangdigunakan dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah: (1) Pemberdayaan masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan untuk taman TOGA, (2) Pelatihan pembuatan produk hasil budidaya TOGAmelalui diversifikasi produk dan usaha baru atau dijadikan sebagai jamu tradisional, (3) Pemberdayaan pemanfaatan lahan secara optimal untuk menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dan mencegah terjadinyapencemaran lingkungan dan perubahan iklim.

Abstract

Wages are often one of the issues that is always in the spotlight. This is because many companies and entrepreneurs have complied with the Regency Minimum Wage (UMK) or even above the UMK standard, showing their commitment to worker welfare. However, in fact there are still a number of companies that have not fulfilled this obligation and pay wages below the UMK standard. This creates disparities in the protection of workers' rights and highlights the need for tighter supervision and stricter law enforcement to ensure all companies comply with applicable labor regulations. This research aims to analyze the influence of the Regency Minimum Wage (UMK) in Wonosobo Regency on Workers' Welfare. This research discusses the importance of MSE policy in improving community welfare. The implication of the proposed policy is the need for continuous adjustment of the MSE in accordance with the level of inflation and economic growth, as well as expanding efforts to increase productivity and workforce skills to support the overall welfare of society in Wonosobo Regency.

Abstract

The principle of fairness is an important principle in various matters. In drafting legislation, it is necessary to require the principle of justice to create social welfare. In this paper we raise the formulation of problems related to the implementation of the principle of justice in drafting legislation and the urgency of the principle of justice in drafting legislation. The method we use is a normative research method with the aim of finding out the implementation of the principles of justice in statutory regulations as well as conducting library research by collecting data, previous journals and legal regulations which are used as material in this writing. Based on the implementation of the principle of justice in drafting laws and regulations, the principle of justice is very important and reflects various aspects that exist within the Indonesian state. The urgency of this principle of justice is that it can create social welfare without anything that conflicts with morals, ethics and culture in society so that society can accept these regulations if they have been ratified.
