Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pelaksanaan dan efektivitas program "Rumah Belajar" yang dirancang untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) sebagai alternatif untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran di luar jam sekolah. Program ini muncul sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, terutama karena adanya kesulitan yang dialami siswa dalam memahami materi di kelas formal. Di SDN 151 Bengkulu Utara, program ini diterapkan pada siswa kelas 4-6 dengan dukungan penuh dari guru dan sambutan yang positif dari siswa. Rumah Belajar diformat sebagai lingkungan belajar yang lebih fleksibel, di mana siswa mendapatkan bimbingan tambahan dari tutor atau relawan untuk memahami materi pelajaran, menyelesaikan tugas, dan mengembangkan keterampilan sosial serta kreativitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman akademis dan motivasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, program ini juga berkontribusi dalam memperkuat rasa percaya diri dan keterampilan sosial siswa melalui pendekatan yang lebih interaktif dan personal. Dengan demikian, Rumah Belajar telah terbukti efektif dalam mendukung pendidikan formal di SD, memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran serta perkembangan holistik siswa.Kata kunci: Rumah Belajar, Sekolah Dasar (SD), Efektivitas pembelajaran, Proses belajar mengajar, Bimbingan tambahan. ABSTRACTThis study evaluated the implementation and effectiveness of the "”Rumah Belajar" program, designed for elementary school students as an alternative to support the learning process outside of regular school hours. The program was developed in response to the need for improving learning effectiveness, particularly due to the challenges students face in understanding material in formal classroom settings. At SDN 151 North Bengkulu, the program was applied to students in grades 4-6, with full support from teachers and positive reception from the students. Rumah Belajar is structured as a more flexible learning environment where students receive additional guidance from tutors or volunteers to help them understand academic material, complete assignments, and develop social skills and creativity. The findings indicated that this program successfully enhanced students' academic comprehension and learning motivation. Additionally, it contributed to strengthening students' self-confidence and social skills through a more interactive and personalized approach.Thus, Rumah Belajar has proven effective in supporting formal education in elementary schools, significantly contributing to the improvement of learning quality and the holistic development of students.Keywords: Rumah Belajar Elementary School (SD), Learning Effectiveness, Teaching and Learning Process, Additional Guidance

Abstract

Maintaining the stability of the banking industry's finances is a critical component of ensuring the resilience of the financial system and promoting long-term economic expansion. Through interest rates as a mediating factor, this research seeks to examine the effects of inflation and systemic risk on the financial stability of Indonesian banking. The research employs a quantitative methodology using secondary data gathered from the Financial Services Authority, Bank Indonesia, and the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2024. Purposive sampling was used to choose the 20 banking firms that made up the study sample. Multiple linear regression and the Sobel test for mediation were the analytical methods used. The findings indicate that systemic risk has a considerable impact on financial stability, but inflation does not. Interest rates are also impacted by inflation and systemic risk, which in turn have a big impact on financial stability. The findings of this research offer implications for banking and monetary regulators as they create systemic risk management policies aimed at preserving the financial stability of Indonesia's banking industry.
