Abstract

Economic growth is an ongoing challenge that every country needs to address so that economic growth results are significant. Starting from the government, it must know how to accelerate economic growth by increasing per capita output in the long term. The research method used is qualitative with a complete data collection. The Indonesian economy from 2018-2019 was relatively stable at a percentage of 3% with balanced economic growth in the range of 5%. However, in 2020 the Covid-19 outbreak caused Indonesia's inflation to decline sharply to 1.68%. So the impact on economic growth in Indonesia fell by -2.07%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum in Indonesia from the perspective of educational philosophy. The focus of this research is to analyze the philosophical foundations underlying the formulation of the PAI curriculum and its relevance to students' needs in facing modern challenges. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a document analysis approach to review current PAI curriculum policies. The findings reveal that the PAI curriculum in Indonesia is based on philosophical principles oriented toward Islamic and humanisticvalues. However, challenges arise in its implementation, particularly regarding the integration of religious values with 21st-century skills requirements. This study recommends developing a more adaptive and contextual curriculum without neglecting spiritual and moral aspects.

Abstract

Ibn Khaldun is a Muslim thinker whose contribution to Islamic economics is monumental, especially through the work of Al-Muqaddimah which discusses the theory of work value, market mechanisms, taxation, the role of the state, and the cycle of civilization. This journal aims to analyze his economic thought in depth through a literature study of 30 scientific journals using a qualitative approach with thematic analysis. The research method used is a qualitative approach with thematic analysis techniques from various scientific literature that examines Ibn Khaldun's thought in classical and modern contexts. The results of the study show that Ibn Khaldun's economic concepts are not only normative and historical, but also have applicative value in answering contemporary economic problems, including social inequality, the tax system, to sustainable economic development. Therefore, Ibn Khaldun's thought has a high relevance to be applied in the development of modern Islamic economics. His intellectual legacy is a bridge between Islamic values and scientific solutions to the global economic crisis.

Abstract

Pendidikan keagamaan memiliki peranan penting dalam membentuk pola hidup religius masyarakat, khususnya di Indonesia yang mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam. Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional telah melahirkan banyak alumni yang berperan aktif dalam kehidupan sosial keagamaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pendidikan sosial keagamaan alumni pesantren terhadap pola hidup keagamaan masyarakat di Kota Binjai. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alumni pesantren memiliki peran sentral dalam pembinaan masyarakat melalui berbagai kegiatan seperti pengajian, pembinaan remaja masjid, dakwah digital, dan aksi sosial. Keberadaan mereka mampu meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan keagamaan serta membentuk kesadaran kolektif akan pentingnya nilai-nilai Islami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kesimpulannya, alumni pesantren bukan hanya sebagai tokoh agama, tetapi juga agen perubahan sosial dan moral yang berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pembangunan religius masyarakat di lingkungan perkotaan.
