Abstract

This research aims to analyze strategies for utilizing zakat and infaq funds in the house renovation program in Lazismu Banyumas. House renovation is an important initiative program in improving the quality of life of people with low incomes. However, the effectiveness of this program is very dependent on the proper utilization of zakat and infaq funds. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach at the Lazismu Banyumas institution. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation and analysis of related documents. Primary data was generated through interviews with distribution managers, house surgery teams and related mustahik. Observations were carried out by visiting the Amil Zakat Muhammadiyyah Banyumas Institute directly to observe procedures and strategies for utilizing zakat and infaq funds.The research results show that the strategy for utilizing funds includes worker selection, Minimizing labor maximizing materials, building material selection, building design and ongoing monitoring and evaluation. This research concludes that to increase the success rate of the house renovation program, it is necessary to implement an integrated, transparent and participatory strategy in utilizing zakat and infaq funds. It is hoped that these findings can contribute to the development of the best strategy for utilizing zakat and infaq funds in the future.

Abstract

. Reporting on the management of ZIS funds through SIMBA is an effort to realize accountable and transparent management. By knowing the effectiveness of the management information system (SIMBA) used by BAZNAS Banyumas Regency, we can see the level of efficiency in achieving the reporting objectives of managing zakat, infaq and alms funds at BAZNAS Banyumas Regency. The aim of this research is to show how effective the application of the SIMBA application is in reporting, supporting and inhibiting factors in the management of BAZNAS zakat, infaq and alms funds in Banyumas Regency. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques with all SIMBA Admins at BAZNAS Banyumas, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: 1) The effectiveness of the SIMBA application in reporting management and zakat infaq and alms is proven by its ease, integration and accuracy; 2) Supporting factors include accountability, transparency and speed. Meanwhile, the obstacles found were that SIMBA was still dependent on internet connections, especially during maintenance, inadequate device infrastructure to be used and lack of admin training for the latest features. Another factor is the lack of in-kind zakat features.

Abstract

Generasi muda merupakan aset penting dalam pembangunan bangsa, karena mereka adalah penerus masa depan yang memiliki peran strategis dalam membawa perubahan positif bagi masyarakat dan negara. Namun, pada sisi lain, generasi muda juga merupakan kelompok yang rentan terhadap pengaruh negatif, termasuk penyalahgunaan narkoba dan keterlibatan dalam judi online. Penyalahgunaan narkoba dan maraknya praktik judi online menjadi tantangan serius bagi generasi muda di Indonesia, termasuk di wilayah pedesaan seperti Dusun Ngariboyo Sindupaten Kertek. Program kerja penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, kesadaran, dan ketahanan diri pemuda Karangtaruna dalam menghadapi dua bentuk penyimpangan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan meliputi, diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, roleplay, serta media audiovisual. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test serta observasi partisipatif selama kegiatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi kelompok, serta pemutaran media edukatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi peserta serta pembentukan kelompok relawan anti-narkoba dan anti-judi. Dengan pendekatan edukatif berbasis komunitas, Karangtaruna dapat menjadi garda terdepan dalam menjaga moralitas pemuda desa.

Abstract

Serang Regency has a problem in waste management because it does not have a final processing site since 2009. The Cilowong landfill, which originally belonged to Serang Regency, was transferred to Serang City in 2009. It is necessary to conduct research that aims to determine the location of the Waste Final Processing Site in Serang Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with spatial analysis using Geographic information systems. Determination of the location of waste landfills uses SNI 03-3241-1994 concerning procedures for selecting the location of final landfills. The study results show that Serang Regency has 11 locations suitable for landfill, and also shows that Serang Regency has 2 recommended locations for landfill. Location 1 is located in the Sindangmandi village area, Baros sub-district with a land area of 71.83 Ha. Location 2 is in the Tanjungsari village area of Pabuaran Subdistrict with a land area of 79.06 Ha.

Abstract

Sharia banking is an important element in the development and formation of the Indonesian economy. In facing increasingly complex challenges, companies need to look for creative ideas or the latest strategies to achieve company goals optimally. Quality is an important aspect that customers and potential customers pay attention to, so that strategic efforts to improve and maintain quality become a necessity to maintain service and improve the company's position in the market, including BPRS Bina Amanah Satria KC Bumiayu. The PAKSERV Service Quality Model is considered the best setting for understanding and measuring service quality, which has six variables, namely tangibility, reliability, guarantee, sincerity, personalization, and formality. The purpose of this research is to highlight the importance of BPRS Bina Amanah Satria KC Bumiayu continuing to improve the quality of its services by paying attention to aspects measured through the PAKSERV model. By increasing customer satisfaction, it is hoped that customer loyalty can be strengthened and the image and performance of BPRS Bina Amanah Satria KC Bumiayu in the market can be improved. This research is field research and uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The data collection method was carried out through questionnaires distributed to BPRS Bina Amanah Satria KC Bumiayu customers totaling 190 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS statistical program. The research results show that service quality as measured through the PAKSERV model simultaneously has a positive and significant influence between PAKSERV on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the partial test results show that the Tangibility, Sincerity, and Personalization variables have a Sig value < 0.05, meaning they do not have a significant effect, and the Reliability, Assurance, and Formality variables have a Sig value > 0.05, meaning they have a significant effect.
