Abstract

Building F Dr. University Soetomo Surabaya has several main functions consisting of a Library Room, Lecturer Room, Classroom and Auditorium which has been established since 1981, so it is necessary to assess the condition of the building as material for further evaluation. The research was carried out with a building survey to review such as carrying out investigations on the building, measuring or checking. The results of the research obtained are, firstly, technical architecture including aspects of comfort, health, safety, Building F, Dr. University. Soetomo has fulfilled all assessment points well. Second, the structural technical test results obtained using the Hammer Test show that the average compressive strength value of concrete in the building structure of building F gives a value below 250 kg/cm2 which is the minimum concrete quality value used in building structures, so this shows that the strength of the concrete is not meets the requirements when used for multi-storey building structures. Third, the technical utility shows that the strong current electrical system functions well and can be operated safely. The main electrical equipment, labels on panels, good and neat electrical installation lines are not well organized, maintenance is needed to tidy up the electrical cable lines.

Abstract

The world of construction always has potential hazards and risks that always endanger the safety and health of workers. The occurrence of work accidents is an event that is always unexpected and can cause losses, both for the construction company and the workers. This study aims to determine the potential hazards in an effort to reduce work accidents in the Banjarsari- Dukuh Tengah road improvement project in Sidoarjo Regency. The method used in this research is hazard identification risk assessment and risk control (HIRARC). The results showed that in the construction of the Banjarsari- Dukuh Tengah road improvement project in Sidoarjo Regency, especially in earthworks and geosynthetics, there were 10 jobs in the Banjarsari- Dukuh Tengah road improvement project in Sidoarjo Regency showing that the potential hazards were 2 activities classified as having a "low risk," 3 activities with a "medium risk," and 5 other activities with a "high" risk. To overcome these problems, suggestions for improvement are given so that workers carry out work activities in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

Abstract

ABSTRACTLocal cultural tourism village is a tourism concept that aims to promote and preserve local culture in the region. Villages that have potential have the potential to be developed into local cultural tourism villages or can be developed into educational tourism. One area that has the potential to be developed into an educational tourism village with the potential to preserve local culture is Tlemang Village, Ngimbang Sub-district, Lamongan Regency. Tlemang Village is one of the villages in Lamongan Regency that has a cultural heritage tradition commonly called Nyanggring. However, the unique history and traditions owned by Tlemang Village have not been recognized by the public, and there has been no development towards a cultural tourism village. Seeing these problems, the community service team is interested in helping in making an infrastructure development plan based on the uniqueness of traditions and tourism potential in Tlemang Village to be developed into a Local Cultural Tourism Village in Lamongan Regency. The methods used in this community service activity are Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results of this community service activity are the development strategy of Tlemang Village, including the arrangement of plantations, marketing of MSME products, supporting building criteria, village branding, area landscape, and tourist packages contained in the Master Plan.Keywords: Plan, Infrastructure, Village, Tourism, Culture. ABSTRAKDesa wisata budaya lokal merupakan konsep pariwisata yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan dan melestarikan budaya lokal di daerah. Desa yang yang memiliki potensi, berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi desa wisata budaya lokal atau dapat dikembangkan menjadi edukasi wisata. Salah satu daerah yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi desa wisata edukasi dengan potensi pelestarian budaya lokal adalah Desa Tlemang Kecamatan Ngimbang Kabupaten Lamongan. Desa Tlemang merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kabupaten Lamongan yang memiliki peninggalan budaya tradisi yang biasa disebut Nyanggring. Namun, sejarah dan tradisi unik yang dimiliki oleh Desa Tlemang belum dikenal oleh khalayak dan belum serta belum adanya pengembangan menuju desa wisata budaya. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat tertarik untuk membantu dalam pembuatan rencana pengembangan infrastruktur yang berdasarkan keunikan tradisi dan potensi wisata  yang ada di Desa Tlemang untuk dapat dikembangkan menjadi Desa Wisata Budaya Lokal di Kabupaten Lamongan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) dan  Focus Grup Discussion (FGD). Adapun hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah tersusunnya strategi pengembangan Desa Tlemang di antaranya adalah penataan perkebunan, pemasaran produk UMKM, kriteria bangunan pendukung, branding desa, landscape kawasan, dan tourist package yang tertuang dalam Master Plan.Kata Kunci: Rencana, Infrastruktur, Desa, Wisata, Budaya.
