Abstract

The development of promotional media has now entered the digital era that can communicate promotions more widely and quickly. In Indonesia, the phenomenon of online media that is anticipated to replace print media also continues to increase. As done by the New Student Admissions Team (PMB) of Merdeka Madiun University in accepting new students, they provide information about many things, such as registration procedures, achievements, and what can be obtained when registering for the campus. Various methods used by them, one of which is by conveying information through advertisements. Through this advertisement, the PMB Team promotes the university to the public. The purpose of making the advertisement is so that the public obtains information and is interested in following and trying what is advertised, namely doing or registering themselves related to what is being advertised. Advertisements use language that is easy to understand and persuasive to attract people who see it. In addition, advertisements are made using video and sound visualizations that are packaged very attractively according to the target market to be achieved, namely prospective new students who are included in generation Z and generation alpha.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat di SMA Negeri 1 Dolopo Madiun adalah memberikan pengetahuan tambahan dan diharapkan siswa siswi bisa mampu mempertimbangkan besarnya biaya kuliah di universitas negeri dengan universitas swasta. Dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang efektifitas dan efisiensi biaya pendidikan berkualitas diharapkan siswa siswi mampu membuat sebuah rencana kuliah di universitas swasta atau negeri dengan biaya lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah sosialisasi di hadapan para siswa siswi di gedung pertemuan SMA Negeri 1 Dolopo Kabupaten Madiun yang diikuti semua siswa siswi kelas 12 sebanyak 228 orang dan didampingi oleh guru Bimbingan Konseling, dan dilanjutkan tanya jawab. Hasil yang ditemukan dilapangan bahwa para siswa siswi belum memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup untuk biaya kuliah dan biaya hidup diluar kota, sehingga diperlukan memberikan pengetahuan secara detail disertai dengan contoh contoh nyata untuk dapat memberikan gambaran tentang efektifitas dan efisiensi biaya pendidikan yang berkualitas yang sebenarnya. Dengan memberikan pengetahuan efektiftas dan efisiensi biaya pendidikan berkualitas kepada siswa siswi, diharapkan mampu memberikan gambaran penghematan biaya pendidikan dan biaya hidup tanpa harus meninggalkan kualitas pendidikan yang akhirnya akan bertujuan untuk penghematan secara ekonomi keluarga. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi ini diikuti seluruh siswa siswi SMA Negeri 1 Dolopo secara antusias.

Abstract

The employee turnover rate in a company is a separate problem that is considered very important to be addressed by a company. There are many factors that cause employee turnover. The higher the employee turnover rate, the lower the effectiveness and efficiency that occurs in an organization. In this study, leadership factors, work environment and performance are the main factors that will be observed. Based on observations that in this company, namely PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri, there is a fairly high employee turnover rate every month. This is especially true in the sales department where there is often a very significant employee turnover every month. Leadership in this company is felt to need to be evaluated. A fairly good work environment also requires several evaluations to reduce employee turnover. Good performance evaluation is essential to reduce employee turnover.

Abstract

Global economic uncertainty caused by financial crises, geopolitical shifts, and market fluctuations has a significant impact on the stability of the banking system. This study aims to analyze the resilience of commercial banks in Indonesia in responding to these external pressures by examining factors that influence financial performance and credit risk. The research employs a quantitative descriptive analysis with a population consisting of 105 commercial banks operating in Indonesia. The findings indicate that risk management plays a crucial role in identifying, measuring, and managing risks associated with global economic uncertainty. Banks must maintain a strong commitment to credit quality, including credit portfolio monitoring, risk assessment, and the management of non-performing loans (NPLs). Credit portfolio diversification is essential for reducing exposure to specific credit risks and enhancing income stability. Ensuring adequate liquidity is also vital to cope with potential liquidity pressures arising from uncertain conditions. Moreover, increasing investment in technology and innovation is necessary to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and develop new products that meet changing market demands. Compliance with evolving regulations related to global economic uncertainty is important to ensure adherence to applicable legal requirements. Transparent communication with stakeholders including customers, investors, and regulators is needed to build trust and strengthen relationships. The significant growth in third-party funds (DPK) indicates that banks can effectively attract public deposits, which can be utilized to support economic activities through lending. Therefore, strong DPK growth serves as a positive indicator of the intermediation function of conventional commercial banks and contributes substantially to overall economic growth.
