Abstract

Managing school administrative tasks can consume substantial time and effort. Every semester, teachers find themselves occupied in repetitive manual tasks such as attendance tracking, disciplinary documentation, and assignment grading. These sometimes could take longer time than preparation for teaching. In this research, we proposed an Artificial Intelligence (AI) approach to handle this problem. In the era of Industry 4.0, AI has been managed to be personal assistance and do human repetitive tasks efficiently. However, the implementation of AI in Indonesia especially for educational institutions is still rare. Therefore, we have developed an innovative AI-driven attendance and uniform detection system by implementing computer vision models. Computer vision is a field of AI that equips machines with the ability to interpret and understand visual information from images and videos, enabling them to classify images and detect objects. The results show that computer vision has successfully facilitated swift and accurate detections for this task. We have also incorporated a timestamp to provide information about the time when students arrive at school. Subsequently, all the recorded data will be saved and organized within the school’s database. As a result, teachers are liberated from the tedium of manual data entry and can redirect their efforts toward pedagogical materials and instructional strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based information system using PHP and MySQL for LaundryCare, with the primary goal of recording transactions digitally, providing a module for customers to check their laundry status, and simplifying report generation and transaction monitoring. The Waterfall method was applied, covering requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and system implementation. The results show that the new system successfully reduced the risk of errors and data loss, enhanced transparency with the laundry status module, and expedited and simplified report generation. This system improves operational efficiency and increases customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Changes in consumer behavior in shopping for daily necessities have driven the growth of e-commerce applications as the main platform for transactions. Tokopedia, as one of the leading e-commerce applications in Indonesia with a large number of users, is the main focus of this study. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of Tokopedia user reviews published on the Google Play Store using a data mining approach with Naive Bayes algorithm.Positive and negative sentiment classification methods are used to understand the views and evaluations of users on Tokopedia services. Review Data is extracted, processed, and trained using the Naive Bayes algorithm to classify reviews into positive or negative sentiments.

Abstract

This study comprehensively analyzes the implementation of gender equality in Indonesian basic education. Its objectives are to identify challenges, review relevant government policies, explore implemented best practices, and measure their impact on student character development and sustainable development achievements. The research method employs a qualitative approach, based on a comprehensive analysis of academic literature, research reports, and relevant government policy documents. Findings indicate that despite strong legal frameworks guaranteeing gender equality, implementation in basic education faces crucial challenges. These include gender bias in curriculum and teaching materials, discrimination in educational access exacerbated by economic and cultural factors, the pervasive influence of patriarchal culture, and a lack of teacher understanding regarding gender bias. However, programs like Gender-Responsive Schools (SRG) and non-formal education institutions (PKBM) demonstrate promising practices in addressing these challenges. The positive impacts observed include changes in student mindset and behavior (increased empathy and respect), enhanced female participation and confidence, and significant contributions to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In conclusion, while challenges persist, planned and collaborative interventions among government, schools, teachers, and parents are crucial for realizing fair and inclusive education for all children.
