Abstract

Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Kabupaten Tanatoraja Tahun 2011-2030 terdiri atas beberapa Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD). RPJMD pertama terdiri atas lima tahun yaitu Tahun Anggaran 2011- 2015. Pada anggaran RPJMD Tahun 2012 dialokasikan salah satunya untuk kegiatan pembuatan Rencana Tata Bangunan dan Lingkungan (RTBL) Kawasan Bandar Udara Baru dan Studi Kawasan Keselamatan Operasional Penerbangan (KKOP) Bandar Udara Baru Pesawat Terbang Berbadan Besar. Karena kegiatan KKOP Tahun 2011 belum dilaksanakan, maka kegiatan RTBL Tahun Anggaran 2012 tidak dapat dilaksanakan. Oleh karena itu harus dibuat materi yang memenuhi penyelesaian kegiatan dengan mengacu pada ketentuan Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan No. Km 55 Tahun 2010 tentang KKOP di sekitar Bandar Udara Lombok Baru. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan pengumpulan data, analisis masalah, dan perancangan sketsa usulan, dan kunjungan ke lapangan. Hasil yang diperoleh ialah delineasi built up area untuk penempatan tapak RTBL.Kata Kunci : KKOP, RTBL, struktur ruang, ketinggian bangunanABSTRACTRegional Spatial Planning of Tanatoraja Regency consists of several years from 2011 to 2030 Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD). The first consists of a five-year plan in which the fiscal year 2011-2015. In 2012 one among the budget allocated on RPJMD was for developing a Planning for Building and Environment (PBE) New Airport Zone and Area Studies Operational Flight Safety (SOFS) based on Regulation for New Airport for Large Aircrafts. However KKOP activities in 2011 have not been implemented thus causing RTBL fiscal year 2012 could not be implemented. Therefore, it must be made of material that meets the activity‟s completion with reference to the provisions of the Decree of the Minister of Transportation No. Km 55 of 2010 on KKOP around Lombok Baru Airport. The research method consisted of data collection, problem analysis, design sketches and proposals, and field work. Abstract

Abstrak: Penyebaran Covid-19 di Indonesia memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap penjualan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Banyak para pelaku usaha melakukan langkah efisiensi untuk usaha yang dijalankannya, salah satu di antaranya adalah pengurangan jumlah karyawan. Untuk membantu UMKM, maka dilakukanlah pelatihan penggunaan salah satu aplikasi Chatbot, yaitu Wabot untuk membantu bagian penjualan pada UMKM yang terdampak oleh pandemi Covid-19. Pelatihan dilakukan selama dua minggu yang meliputi proses instalasi, pendaftaran, pemanfaatan fitur Auto Reply, dan pemanfaatan fitur WhatsApp Form. Pelatihan yang dilakukan mendapatkan tanggapan yang positif dari para pelaku UMKM di Desa Mandalasari, karena dengan menggunakan Chatbot dapat menggantikan peran manusia untuk melayani permintaan pelanggan selama 24 jam. Hasil pelatihan menunjukan, peserta pelatihan mampu menggunakan dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi chatbot Wabot untuk layanan informasi produk UMKM. Evaluasi akhir selama 3 pertemuan, didapatkan rata-rata peningkatan pemahaman sebanyak 70%.Abstract: The spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia has had a significant impact on sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Many business actors take efficiency measures for the businesses they run, one of which is reducing the number of employees. To help MSMEs, training on the use of one of the Chatbot applications, namely Wabot, was conducted to assist the sales department for MSMEs affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The training was carried out for two weeks which included the installation process, registration, utilization of the Auto Reply feature, and utilization of the WhatsApp Form feature. The training carried out received a positive response from MSME actors in Mandalasari Village, because using Chatbots can replace the role of humans to serve customer requests for 24 hours. The results of the training showed that the training participants were able to use and implement the Wabot chatbot application for MSME product information services. The final evaluation for 3 meetings, obtained an average increase in understanding of 70%.

Abstract

Waroeng Bingkai merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan jasa, yang berhubungan dengan penjualan beraneka ragam jenis bingkai. Semua transaksi pada proses bisnis di Waroeng Bingkai, dilakukan dengan cara manual yaitu mencatat pada selembar kertas, tentu hal tersebut sangat beresiko, karena mudahnya media tersebut hilang dan rusak yang akan berakibat pada hilangnya data dan tidak akuratnya transaksi. Ketika pengadaan stok, pemilik menentukan jumlah pengadaan berdasarkan observasi pada gudang dengan melihat stok yang akan habis, dengan cara tersebut terkadang penjualan bingkai tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan karena kelirunya prediksi pengadaan barang. Sistem informasi ini dirancang dengan metode waterfall sehingga menghasilkan, rancangan sistem yang akan dikembangkan, diagram konteks, diagram usecase. Sistem informasi ini dapat digunakan oleh pemlik, admin gudang, dan admin penjualan, yang bertujuan untuk mengelola stok barang, data barang, keluar masuk barang, dan mencetak laporan. Abstract

AbstractAs time goes by, the world of technology is getting more sophisticated. We can easily get all the information we want to get. Internet access is getting faster and the world of software is progressing very rapidly. This progress must be based on a balanced advance in science and technology. One of them is PT Brightfoods International, a food manufacturing company located in the Sentul Industrial Area, Bogor, which produces food to be enjoyed throughout Indonesia. Currently, the storage of goods delivery data only uses general ledgers, raw material data forms and Microsoft Excel. So there are still frequent loss of stock of goods and not according to the order of the expiration date. This research designs and builds a web-based (offline) inventory system by applying the FIFO method. This record supports the company's business process activities and helps the data storage and processing process with FIFO calculations to avoid expired materials. The web-based inventory information system application using the FIFO method produces information to make a decision desired by the user. Therefore, an application is made that can assist the owner and his employees in processing data, as well as the number of items available. Abstract

Fuel is one of the most critical needs for the community in carrying out various household activities dominated by fuel oil. Meanwhile, the availability of fuel is increasingly running low. Most people in the Botumoito area in Gorontalo province work in the agricultural sector with low local income. Availability of fuels such as kerosene and gas there is quite challenging because there is no source or supply of gas either directly from the gas field or terminal. The government needs to make the right policy on fuel selection according to the problems in the region. This research aims to design and build a decision support system for selecting the best fuel and implementing the Weighted Product (WP) method into the system. The method used in designing and manufacturing this system is the waterfall method. This research results in a decision support system that can help fuel ranking. The ranking results are based on the magnitude of the Vector (V) value obtained from testing ten alternative fuels. Bioethanol occupies the top priority with a vector value of 0.152. This research can help consultants, fuel experts, and local governments speed up their work in determining the best household fuel according to their respective regions.

Abstract

Kota Bogor secara geografis terletak di tengah-tengah wilayah kabupaten bogor dan sangat dekat dengan ibu kota. Berdasarkan hasil Sensus Penduduk tahun 2020 jumlah penduduk Kota Bogor sebanyak 1.043.070 juta jiwa itu akan terus meningkat setiap tahunya. Pertumbuhan penduduk dan perkembangan jalan akan mempengaruhi perkembangan bangunan yang ada di Kota Bogor sehingga akan menimbulkan dampak negatif seperti penurunan kesehatan masyarakat, penurunan kualitas tempat tinggal dan ketidaksesuaian dengan tata ruang wilayah. Kondisi kerapatan bangunan dapat di peroleh dengan menggunakan algoritma Normalized Difference Built-up Index (NDBI) melalui Google Earth Engine (GEE). Google Earth Engine (GEE) adalah salah satu platfrom pengolahan citra satelit berbasis (cloud compution). Hasil dari pengolahan citra satelit yang sudah di olah di Google Earth Engine (GEE) menggunakan metode Normalized Difference Built-up Index (NDBI) mendapatkan nilai uji akurasi koefisien kappa 83,01 menunjukan bahwa hasil pengolahan NDBI mendapatkan nilai yang bagus. Hasil ini bisa jadi bahan pertimbangan untuk pemeritah setempat untuk melakukan kebijakan terkait tata ruang wilayah yang ada di Kota Bogor. Output dari penelitian ini berupa informasi kerapadatan penduduk dan kerapatan bangunan di Kota Bogor periode 2001-2021 berbasis WEBGIS.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Cibungbulang, in recording Student Dues and Savings, still uses a spreadsheet application, where transaction recording use spreadsheet application has identified four cases that were complained of by the school administration: first, when recording payment transaction data, there was still an error in data input; secondly, when created the recapitulation report is still less effective and efficient; third when entering the school year the school Administration needs to re-create spreadsheet pages to separate old and new data; fourth transaction data is still prone to be scattered due to manual storage. Because of this, we need a better alternative to managing student finances so that it can be more effective and efficient. This study aims to analyze, design, and build a WEB-based Information System for Student Dues and Savings at SMA Negeri 1 Cibungbulang. The results obtained can improve the performance of the school administration in managing school finances. The system development method used is the waterfall model, which consists of four steps: Requirement Analysis and Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing. The results of this study obtained an information system that can manage information consisting of student data, class data, monthly dues data, savings, and recapitulation reports with automatically generate recapitulation reports also present a user-friendly user interface design so that errors in payment input and calculating the number of months in one semester do not occur. This information system is aimed at School Treasurer Staff, School Treasurer, and the Principal.

Abstract

Bogor merupakan salah satu kota tertua di Indonesia dan salah satu kota terbesar di Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tanggerang, dan Bekasi). Kota Bogor juga merupakan pusat ekonomi dan salah satu kota yang memiliki jumlah populasi yang cukup tinggi, hal ini berpengaruh pada peningkatan pertumbuhan perkotaan. Akan tetapi urbanisasi dapat memberikan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dan kesehatan manusia terutama pada produksi polusi gas CO2, modifikasi sifat fisik dan kimia atmosfer, yang dapat menyebabkan perubahan cuaca lokal dan iklim hal itu dapat menyebabkan peningkatan suhu di Kawasan perkotaan yang dikenal dengan fenomena Urban Heat Island (UHI). Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlu dimonitoring melalui pengindraan jauh, pengindraan jauh adalah salah satu sarana yang efektif dalam pemantauwan penggunaan lahan karna dapat menyediakan informasi mengenai permukaan bumi, Salah satu teknologi pengindraan jauh yakni Google Earth Engine, adalah sebuah platform berbasis cloud yang menawarkan analisis data lingkungan berskala dunia dimana User hanya perlu mengakses data dari repository di google untuk mendapatkan citra data pengindraan jauh dan data geospasial lain .Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode Random Forest sebagai pembelajaran ansamble untuk memecahkan masalah klasifikasi dan regresi. metode ini memiliki akurasi yang cukup tinggi serta bisa menentukan variabel-variabel penting dan meminimalisasi kesalahan penilaian akan membuat analisis menjadi lebih praktis dan lebih mudah. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa urbanisasi perkotaan selalu meningkat dan suhu rata-rata Kota Bogor dari tahun 2000 hingga tahun 2021 mengalami peningkat pada setiap tahunnya. adapun hasil klasifikasi tutupan lahan dari penelitian ini menggunakan metode Random Forest (RF) menunjukkan nilai akurasi keseluruhan (Overall Accuracy) sebesar 95,57% dan nilai kappa sebesar 94,56%.
