Abstract

E-modul merupakan media sekaligus bahan ajar yang efesien ketika digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media ajar berupa e-modul dengan berbantuan flipbook serta berbasis project based learning guna meningkatkan kemampuan menganalisis peserta didik. Materi yang dimasukkan kedalam e-modul merupakan materi usaha dan perubahannya, penelitian dilakukan di SMK PGRI 2 Palembang dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 35 orang dari kelas X TKL 1. Penelitian menggunakan metode R&D dan menggunakan model pengembangan rowntree, terdiri dari beberapa tahapan berupa: self- evaluation, expert riview, one to one evaluation, small group, dan field test. Metode pengumpulan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, walkthrough, penilaian pengumpulan proyek, dan penilaian presentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul fisika berbasis project based learning pada materi usaha dan perubahannya valid dan praktis (nilai validitasnya 3,76 interpretasi sangat valid) dan ( 80% hasil dari tahap one to one evaluation kategori praktis, 90% tahap small group kategori sangat praktis), nilai uji N-gain sebesar 0,60 dengan kategori sedang, kemudian pada tahap penilaian pengumpulan proyek rata-rata yang didapat sebesar 3,15 kategori baik, dan pada tahap penilaian presentasi sebesar 3,375 kategori baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dalam proses belajar dan e-modul fisika berbasis project based learning layak.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) produce problem solving-based modules assisted by software tracker to improve valid problem-solving abilities; 2) produce problem solving based modules assisted by tracking software to improve practical problem solving skills; 3) find out the potential effects of problem solving-based modules assisted by tracker software to improve students’ problem solving skills. This study used research and development (R&D) methods which refer to the ADDIE development procedure. includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. One of the ADDIE's stages is modifying the development stage using Tessmer's evaluation. If it consists of self-evaluation, expert review, one to one, and small group. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires/questions. The research subjects were class X IPA students at SMA Negeri 3 Sungai Lilin. Based on the analysis, the data is stated to be valid, practical and has the potential to influence students. The results obtained 1) The expert review stage showed the average value from the three experts, namely 91.11% for material aspects, 93.33% for media aspects, and 81.11% for language aspects. 2) The one-to-one stage has a percentage value of 84.44 % which is categorized as practical. 3) The small group students’ response questionnaire has a score percentage of 87.778% which is categorized as practical. and 4) the field test stage shows an average value of 44 .2563 in the pretest and 83.9063 in the post-test. Therefore, it can be concluded that the problem solving-based module assisted by tracker software can be stated as valid, practical, and effective to improve students’ problem-solving skills.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are essential for elementary students' academic success and twenty-first-century workforce preparation. However, many Indonesian elementary schools still employ teacher-centered approaches that limit students' active engagement and critical thinking development. This study aimed to determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model on critical thinking skills of fourth-grade students at SDN Sumber Agung. A quasi-experimental design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design was employed, involving 56 fourth-grade students selected through simple random sampling. The experimental group (n=28) received CTL instruction, while the control group (n=28) was taught using conventional teacher-centered methods. Critical thinking skills were assessed using a validated 15-item multiple-choice test based on six indicators: focus, reason, inference, situation, clarify, and overview. The instrument demonstrated good reliability (Cronbach's alpha = 0.756). Data were analyzed using Independent Sample T-Test after verifying normality and homogeneity assumptions. N-Gain analysis was conducted to determine practical effectiveness. The Independent Sample T-Test revealed significant differences between groups (t = 3.752, p < 0.001), with the experimental group achieving higher posttest scores (M = 81.92) compared to the control group (M = 69.81). N-Gain analysis showed the experimental group attained moderately effective improvement (63.11%) while the control group showed ineffective gains (32.23%). The CTL model significantly enhances students' critical thinking skills compared to conventional teaching methods. These findings validate constructivist learning theory and provide empirical evidence for implementing contextualized approaches in Indonesian elementary education to develop essential critical thinking capabilities.

Abstract

The problem in this research departs from the students' need for games in learning to run short distances. The aim of the research was to find out the development of a game on short distance running material that is valid and practical for fifth grade elementary school students. The research method is a research and development method with the ADDIE stage model consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Product validity involves game experts, learning experts and media experts. The practicality test used fifth grade students at SD Negeri 85 Prabumulih. Data is collected through a questionnaire. Data analysis using percentage analysis. The results of the study stated that the small game model on distance running material for fifth grade elementary school students was valid to use because the average validation value was 90.06. The small game model on distance running material for fifth grade students of the Practical Elementary School is used because the user's perception value is 82.63%. In conclusion, the practicality of the product from 22 students using the small game model product on short-distance running material for elementary school students was stated to be practically used by students as a game medium.
