Abstract

One indicator of the student progress in the teaching – learning process is the students improvement at every evaluation. If the score is low, it means that the students is not successful in his her learning. Presurvey result in faculty of economics in the University of Megoupak Tulang Bawang indicated that the students score mostly C, this caused by several factors influencing the students achievement learning .This research is objected to identify the relationship of (1) students attitude in the accounting introductory subject and the learning achievement (2) self concept and learning achievement (3) learning quality and the learning achievement, and (4) students attitude at accounting introductory, self concept, and learning quality and learning achievement. The research used survey method that is, studying large and small population by selecting and studying the chosen sample of the population in order to find insidence, distribution, and relative interrelationfrom the sociological and psychological . Based on the result of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that (1) there was a relationship betweenstudents attitude in the accounting introductory subject gave contribution 15,8% towards the students achievement in learning (2) there was a relationship between self concept and learning achievement. Self concept gave contribution 18,3% towards the student achievement in learning (3) there was a relationship between learning quality and learning achievement. Learning quality gave contribution 9,5% towards the student achievement in learning (4) There was a relationship among students attitude at accounting introductory, self concept, learning quality and learning achievement gave contribution 29,3% towards student learning achievement.

Abstract

The improving activity and result economic studies learning through cooperative model make a match type in X grade student of Senior High school IT Smart Insani. The purpose of this research was to improve the economic learning through cooperative model make a match type in X grade SMA IT Smart Insani. This research uses classroom action research techniques. The research was conducted in three cycles. Subject of this study is the X grade student of Senior Highh school IT Smart Insani. Which has 20 students. Data sources come from teachers, students and researchers. Data collection techniques using observation, testing, interview and documentations.The validity of data using triangulation methods techniques and other sources. Analysis of the data used by the qualitative and quantitative analysis. The result showed that the use of cooperative learning Make a match type can improve the economic studies learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) persentase biaya bahan baku, terhadap harga pokok produksi pada PT. Maju Tambak Sumur (2) persentase Biaya tenaga kerja terhadap harga pokok produksi pada PT. Maju Tambak Sumur(3) persentase biaya overhead pabrik terhadap harga pokok produksi pada PT. Maju Tambak Sumur dan (4) Seberapa besar jumlah rasio (persentase) biaya bersama terhadap harga pokok produksi pada PT. Maju Tambak Sumur. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Maju Tambak Sumur, Way urang kalinda lampung Selatan Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara dan dokumntasi. Dan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pada PT. Maju Tambak Sumur Besar biaya bahan baku memberikan persentasenya terhadap harga pokok produksi selama tahun 2014 sebesar 41,09%. (2) Biaya tenaga kerja pada PT. Maju Tambak Sumur terlihat persentasenya sebesar 14,50%. (3) Biaya Overhead Pabrik pada PT. maju Tambak Sumur memberikan persentase terhadap harga pokok produksi sebesar 44,41%. Dan (4) Jumlah rasio (persentase) biaya bersama terhadap harga pokok produksipada PT. Maju Tambak Sumur sebesar 13,30%.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate entrepreneurship learning in universities regarding the effect of achievement motivation and creativity on student entrepreneurial interests mediated by online social networks. Various private universities in Lampung province collected data from 225 respondents online. The data were analyzed using the structural equation model Smart Pls 3.2.4. this study investigated seven research hypotheses in this study. The result of the research shows that achievement motivation and creativity have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. The results also show that online social networking can mediate the relationship between achievement motivation and creativity on entrepreneurial interest. The findings of this study also contribute to the conceptual framework for lecturers in entrepreneurship learning to increase student entrepreneurship interest. It is recommended to compare the entrepreneurial interest model among state universities as a comparative study to understand how to build entrepreneurial interest in universities as a contribution to creating young entrepreneurs

Abstract

The study aims at investigating entrepreneurship learning in universities regarding the effect of achievement motivation and creativity on student entrepreneurial intention mediated by online social networks. This study is quantitative research. Data were collected data from 290 online respondents who were students from various private universities in Lampung, South Sumatera and Bangka Belitung provinces in Indonesia. This study using random sampling, and research questionnaires were collected online. The data were analyzed using the structural equation model Smart Pls 3.2.7. This study investigated seven research’hypothesis. The result of the research shows that achievement motivation and creativity have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Itindicates that online social networking can mediate the relationship between achievement motivation and creativity on entrepreneurial interest as well. The findings of this study also contribute to the conceptual framework for lecturers in entrepreneurship learning to increase student entrepreneurship intention. It is recommended to compare the entrepreneurial intention model among state universities as a comparative study to understand how to build entrepreneurial interest in universities as a contribution to create young entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh media cerita bergambar dan diskusi terhadap pemahaman materi siswa, membandingkannya dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional, dan menganalisis perbedaan efektivitasnya pada berbagai mata pelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen yang melibatkan siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes pemahaman materi sebelum dan setelah perlakuan pembelajaran dengan media cerita bergambar dan diskusi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis melalui uji perbandingan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media cerita bergambar efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil pemahaman materi pada siswa. Penggunaan diskusi juga terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi. Selain itu penggunaan media cerita bergambar dan diskusi lebih efektif dari penggunaan metode secara terpisah. Dalam perbandingan dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional, pembelajaran menggunakan media cerita bergambar dan diskusi lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman materi siswa. Namun, efektivitas penggunaan media cerita bergambar dan diskusi dapat bervariasi tergantung pada mata pelajaran dan konteks pembelajaran. Karena itu, adanya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memahami lebih mendalam efektivitas kedua metode tersebut dalam berbagai aspek pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan media cerita bergambar dan diskusi dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil pemahaman materi siswa kombinasi kedua metode ini menghasilkan pengalaman belajar yang terintegrasi. Namun, perlu diperhatikan bahwa efektivitas penggunaan media cerita bergambar dan diskusi dapat bervariasi tergantung pada mata pelajaran dan konteks pembelajaran.

Abstract

The recent surge in forest and land fires across Kalimantan has had far-reaching impacts, notably on the educational landscape, including the process of teaching and learning in schools. This quantitative study aims to explore the direct and indirect influences of parental attention and learning facilities on the academic achievements of elementary school students. The investigation incorporates the mediating role of motivation and utilizes a survey methodology with questionnaires as the primary data collection tool. The research, conducted in the Timpah sub-district of Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan, involves a sample of 200 elementary school students. Employing the Smart PLS 4 structural equation model, the study examines seven hypotheses, revealing the significant effects of parental attention and learning facilities on the efficacy of online learning processes. The findings aspire to impart valuable insights to educators and parents, underscoring the pivotal roles of parental engagement and the provision of adequate facilities in ensuring successful learning outcomes.
