Abstract

This research is to analyze the effect of cash management on the profitability of PT. Mitrasel the Main Core Makassar Type of research used in this research is quantitative research with the type of applied research. The type of data used in this research is secondary data, namely in the form of a financial report (expenditure and income, the Cash) PT. Mitrasel the Main Core of Makassar in the period 2018-2020. The results of this study obtained data cash Management significantly influence the profitability ratios ROA on PT Mitrasel the Main Core Makassar by showing the value of sig. (significance) 0,034 < 0,05 (which is the standard value of significance). Then the results of the analysis determinate coefficient (R2), shows the value of R Square 0.750 or based with the provision soft his analysis precentage to 75%. The percentage in dicates that the variable profitability ratios ROA on PT Mitrasel the Main Core Makassar can be explained or influenced by the variable cash management by 75%. While 25% (100%-75%) is influenced by other causes outside of the research variables such as a fundamental factor, which is discipline in activities, intellectual capital owned up to other factors that also may have implications on the level of the ratio of the profitability of a company

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada bidang pengembangan keselamatan dan penindakan (PKP) kantor dinas perhubungan kota Makassar dan untuk mengetahui tingkat pendidikan dan pelatihann yang pernah diikuti oleh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada kantor Dinas perhubungan Kota makassar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode analisis regreasi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan dapat menejelaskan pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 37,9%. Adapun sisanya sebesar 62,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kantor Dimas perhubungan kota Makassar Hendaknya terus pengembangkan sumber daya manusia melalui program pelatihan dan pendidikan guna untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan umum bagi para aparatur sipil negara (ASN).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of financial management and digital marketing implementation on strengthening human resource (HR) capacity within the P4S Farmers Group, both partially and simultaneously. This research is descriptive quantitative in nature. The population in this study was 20 people, as the population was very limited, so this population served as an illustration. Information was collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The information analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, T-test and F-test correlation, and classical assumption test. The research results showed that the independent variables simultaneously had a significant and positive influence with a donation value of 7.261. Partially, the Financial Management Efficiency variable had a significant and positive influence with a t-test of 3.726, the Digital Marketing Implementation variable had no partial influence with a t-test of 1.286, and its influence was seen from R² 46.1%, the rest was influenced by other factors not examined in this research.
