Abstract

This research was taken based on the current number of teenagers who have introverted personalities. This introverted personality is caused by low self- confidence, it is difficult to adapt to the surrounding environment and these teenagers have a high fear of speaking, it is not uncommon for these teenagers to doubt their abilities and always think that they will not be able to do something. This research The aim is to find out the benefits of group guidance, which uses a behavioral therapy approach to increase self-confidence in teenagers who have introverted personalities. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), namely by combining references from various analytical journals, data using a qualitative meta-synthesis approach, namely a method that identifies and evaluates research results according to research questions, topics or events that are discussed.

Abstract

This study examines the case of students' lack of awareness of social responsibility encountered in one of the students at the high school level who is the subject of this study. The subject was a 16-year-old female adolescent who experienced problems in arranging extracurricular schedules and doing schoolwork on time. Complaints prompted researchers to look for alternative treatments for how to manage extracurricular schedules and do assignments so that they do not collide with each other when they want to do it and on time. The alternative chosen by the researcher is to provide the application of self-management techniques to the gestalt approach. The method used in this study is Literature Systematic Review (LSR). The results of this study show that the influence of the application of self-management techniques on the gestalt approach is very effective in increasing students' awareness of social responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of classical guidance services in building student learning independence in order to achieve optimal achievement in students of SMA Negeri 1 Talawi. The research method used is the experimental research method, involving students of SMA Negeri 1 Talawi as research subjects. The experimental method is a way to find a causal relationship between two factors that are deliberately raised by researchers by eliminating or setting aside other disturbing factors. The research data was collected through data collection instruments, namely Student Worksheets and Classical Guidance Outcome Assessments to determine the influence or relationship between the variables studied. The results of this study are expected to show that classical guidance services play a very relevant role in improving students’ learning independence, which in turn contributes to improving their academic achievement. The impact of this study is the importance of optimizing the implementation of classical guidance services in schools as a structured effort to equip students with basic independent learning skills to achieve learning success.
