Abstract

This study was conducted based on the problem of low student learning outcomes due to the Islamic Religious Education learning process which tends to be passive because in the learning process that occurs the teacher always uses conventional strategies. This study aims to determine whether the application of the synergetic teaching learning strategy has an effect on student learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education subject of class X SMA Negeri 1 Bahorok. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a nonequivalent control group design. The research conducted with this form has a sample consisting of an experimental group and a control group of 72 students. The research instrument used in data collection was a multiple-choice learning outcome test. The data analysis technique in this study used the t-test type of independent sample t-test which must first meet the analysis prerequisite test in the form of a normality test and a homogeneity test. Hypothesis testing in this study used the independent t-test so that the results of t count (3.044)> t table (2.030) were obtained which means that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The research findings show that there is a significant influence of the synergetic teaching strategy on student learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education subject. So that the learning process using active, innovative, creative, and fun strategies is worthy to be implemented with the hope of improving student learning outcomes, especially in Islamic Religious Education subjects.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of PAI teachers in forming students' leadership attitudes at PAB 4 Sampali High School, what factors support the formation of students' leadership attitudes at PAB 4 Sampali High School, and what obstacles are faced by PAI teachers in forming high school students' leadership attitudes. PAB 4 Sampali.This research uses qualitative research. This research data is data resulting from field observations, interviews and document studies. There are also data sources consisting of PAI teachers, school principals and students of SMA PAB 4 Sampali. Data analysis in this research uses Miles and Huberman data analysis which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The technique for checking the validity of the data is using data triangulation techniques which consist of triangulation of sources, techniques and time. From this research, it was found that the role of PAI teachers in forming students' leadership attitudes has played a very good role in accordance with their role as PAI teachers. There are supporting factors for the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in forming student leadership attitudes at SMA PAB 4 Sampali, such as the school curriculum which is also relevant, the principal and other teachers who are very supportive and involved, as well as support from the family environment, obstacles experienced in implementing This was triggered by several things, namely the influence of social media, lack of concern from parents at home regarding their children's education, completeness of school facilities and infrastructure, and lack of motivation among students to develop better.

Abstract

This research is titled The Contribution of the Taklim Irsyadus Sholihin Council in Increasing the Worship of the People of Bandar Khalipah Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. This research aims to know the response and interest of the community in participating in the activities of the Irsyadus Sholihin taklim assembly, the contribution of the assembly for the community, the contribution of the Irsyadus Sholihin taklim assembly in increasing community worship, forms of worship education activities in the Irsyadus Sholihin taklim assembly.  This research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and database study. The data analysis technique by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions.  The results of this study revealed that 1) the response and interest of the community in participating in all activities in the taklim assembly were very good, and the taklim assembly became one of the learning platforms that discussed the knowledge of the Islamic religion. With this activity, the community is very enthusiastic in following it and the interest in learning religious knowledge is very high. 2) This taklim assembly significantly contributes to increasing prayer by how to pray and devotion, almsgiving the importance of sharing with others, and friendship through the strengthening of social relations between members of the community. 3) As for the forms of activities that are carried out in this tak'lim assembly are the same as in general, the ta'lim assembly not only functions as a means of teaching religion, but also as a forum to strengthen Islamic preaching and increase social awareness.
