Abstract

One of the key factors that influence the performance and development of an organization is its culture. A strong, positive culture can increase employee motivation, job satisfaction and productivity, while a weak culture can hinder progress and reduce effectiveness. . In the era of globalization and intensifying competition, it is important for organizations to understand how their culture can be used as a tool to create. In this study, a theoretical model that combines theories about organizational culture and theories about organizational development is used. This model identifies key cultural elements, such as values, norms, and practices, and relates them to indicators of organizational development. Overall, this analysis shows that organizational culture greatly affects organizational progress. In order to achieve the long-term goals of the organization, management must pay great attention to the establishment and maintenance of a positive culture. This is because a strong culture is essential for shaping employee behavior and creating a work environment that supports high engagement and productivity. Organizations can create a dynamic and productive work environment by concentrating on developing visionary leadership, improving internal communication, and increasing employee engagement. This will drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and ensure well-being.

Abstract

The country of Indonesia with a Muslim majority population has great potential in building prosperity with a policy of paying zakat. In addition, from the many zakat distribution programs that are run in Indonesia from Islamic economic institutions and other institutions, there are still many consumptive compared to productive ones. Whereas productive zakat can make mustahiq have sustainable income to meet the needs of life and overcome poverty problems. So there needs to be a solution so that zakat productive in Indonesia is more developed and advanced. Based on the above phenomenon, this study discusses Strengthening the Integration of Islamic Financial Institutions and Sharia Economic Institutions in Optimizing the Potential of Productive Zakat (Synergy Between Commercial Banks, Baznas, and Indonesian Mosque Council). Such as mapping (Mapping) carried out by mosques to find out data on muzzaki and mustahiq around mosques, coordination between Islamic banks together with BAZNAS to provide assistance and training for mustahiqs who run businesses, socialization of programs from Islamic banks that can be carried out by mosques to optimize zakat potential around the mosque, and mapping mustahiq through banking products.

Abstract

Kepuasan dan loyalitas merupakan faktor penting dan menjadi tujuan setiap perusahaan tak terkecuali perbankan. Layanan mobile banking di era teknologi menjadi pilihan bagi nasabah, oleh karena itu E-Service Quality serta E-Trust perlu dibangun demi mencapai loyalitas dan kepuasan nasabah. Mengetahui pengaruh dari E-Service Quality dan E-Trust terhadap loyalitas nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Palembang Merdeka yang dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Nasabah adalah tujuan dari penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data adalah melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala likert. Populasinya berjumlah 2.100 nasabah, sampelnya berjumlah 95 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengaruh positif dan signifikan ditunjukkan oleh Path Coeficient mengenai E-Service Quality dan E-Trust pada loyalitas nasabah. Selain itu, pengaruh positif signifikan juga diberikan oleh E-Service Quality dan E-Trust pada kepuasan nasabahnya. Kepuasan nasabah dapat memediasi hubungan E-Service Quality dan E-Trust terhadap loyalitas nasabah.
