Abstract

This study aims to analyse and compare the determination of cost of goods produced in Micro, Small, and Small Enterprise at Kopi Tempat Kamu Pulang using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method with traditional method used by the owner of Kopi Tempat Kamu Pulang. Data was obtained through direct interviews with the owner and baristas of Kopi Tempat Kamu Pulang, as well as direct observation of the production process. The analysis method used is descriptive quatitative. The result of the study show that the use of Activity Based Costing method in determining the cost of goods produced produces significant differences compared to the traditional method which only includes raw material costs. The cost of goods produced using the Activity Based Costing method tends to be higher because it includes activities from direct labor costs and activities from factory overhead costs. This causes the selling price obtained to be higher and reduce competitiveness in the market. Therefore, it is recommended that MSME players such as Kopi Tempat Kamu Pulang can re-evaluate the determination of the cost of goods produced to ensure the sustainability and profitability of their business..

Abstract

Catfish is one of the leading fisheries sectors on the market and has potential for food security as a source of animal protein. This research aims to analyze the catfish cultivation business in Cinihnih Village. The method used in this journal is by conducting observations and interviews, namely by coming directly to the catfish farming place and conducting an interview with Mr. Aryandi in Cinihnih village, Cimarga subdistrict, Rangkasbitung. Based on the results of observations made, catfish are among the fish that live in fresh water so their survival rate is high until harvest. Feeding catfish is free, but you still have to pay attention to the fish's nutrition. The place that must be provided for catfish can use a waring. For the marketed selling price of Rp. 21,000.00/kg. The advantages are getting quite large profits, while the weaknesses and difficulties are the weather factor, inadequate water management and carrying out a filter process (separating large small size catfish).

Abstract

Globalization is a process of building organizational and communication systems among world communities to follow the same systems and various rules. Globalization itself has special characteristics, namely changes in the form of technological development and progress, this has resulted in the emergence of dependency between countries related to economic production and global markets, increased mutual problems of countries in the world, as well as cultural exchanges and interactions between world citizens. This happens because the needs of economies throughout the world tend to be the same and diverse. This is of course a challenge for companies to be able to compete in an increasingly tight global market. One way to face global challenges in the economic sector like this is to provide training to employees. Training for employees is a part of the business which aims to enable employees to improve and develop knowledge. This training itself is carried out after the company accepts new employees or can be carried out for existing employees with the aim of increasing productivity and the quality of the resources owned by the employee. An employee must have skills and abilities that are in accordance with the company's goals to be able to compete in the global marketThe results of this research are that the role of training carried out by the company is very important to increase the productivity and quality of human resources within the company and of course it is important for the employees themselves to develop abilities and skills that are useful for developing the company's career and goals to be able to compete with the market global.

Abstract

One of the best methods to prepare to earn income in retirement is to join a pension program. The aim of this research is to find out how important pension compensation and old age savings are. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, namely in the form of written sentences and facts spoken by the resource person through interviews and the behavior of the resource person that the researcher has observed. The data obtained by researchers is secondary, obtained from articles, books and journals. The results obtained show that pension compensation and old-age savings are very important as old-age security because the existence of pension funds can provide many benefits for the recipients.

Abstract

One of the key factors that influence the performance and development of an organization is its culture. A strong, positive culture can increase employee motivation, job satisfaction and productivity, while a weak culture can hinder progress and reduce effectiveness. . In the era of globalization and intensifying competition, it is important for organizations to understand how their culture can be used as a tool to create. In this study, a theoretical model that combines theories about organizational culture and theories about organizational development is used. This model identifies key cultural elements, such as values, norms, and practices, and relates them to indicators of organizational development. Overall, this analysis shows that organizational culture greatly affects organizational progress. In order to achieve the long-term goals of the organization, management must pay great attention to the establishment and maintenance of a positive culture. This is because a strong culture is essential for shaping employee behavior and creating a work environment that supports high engagement and productivity. Organizations can create a dynamic and productive work environment by concentrating on developing visionary leadership, improving internal communication, and increasing employee engagement. This will drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and ensure well-being.

Abstract

Organizational culture plays an important role in shaping employee behavior. As a value system, organizational culture consists of the values and attitudes held by employees, which then become the basis for their behavior and attitudes at work. The relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance is considered capable of determining the organization's ability to face environmental changes, and even directly influences employee performance. The overall performance of an organization basically depends on the performance of each employee in it. To complete the assigned tasks, employees must comply with the standards set by the company. This is important to ensure optimal results are achieved. High performance is the result of consistency in implementing organizational culture. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence between organizational culture and employee performance. The method used by researchers in the sampling process was by distributing a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions to 100 respondents. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables by comparing the t_count > t_table value and the significance value is 0.000, which means <0.05.

Abstract

In the educational process at school, learning is the main activity. Learning is a conscious effort to change a person’s attitudes and behaviour. Motivation is needed to change behaviour. One type of research method based on the research location is the literature study research method. Literature study research is a series of research related to library data collection methods or research whose research objects are explored through various library information. In carrying out human activities, learning motivation is needed because it is something that can cause, channel and support human behaviour so that they are active in learning and enthusiastic to achieve optimal result. One component that encourages students to learn is motivation.

Abstract

This analysis discusses the significant role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia's economy. Although not as large as major corporations, MSMEs have the potential to introduce local products to the global market. This study examines the contribution of MSMEs in supporting the national economy, focusing on the Godhong Asri business, which explores the factors contributing to its success in eco-printing, as well as the challenges and opportunities it faces amid industry competition. Established in March 2021, Godhong Asri employs eco-printing—a technique that uses plants to create patterns on fabric or leather. This business not only contributes to the economic improvement of local communities but also embeds sustainability values within the creative industry.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to analyze the role of KSPPS BMT Berkah Madani in community economic empowerment. Cooperatives play an important role in business, especially in particular, they contribute to improve the economic well being of the community. As a business entity run by its members, cooperatives not only aim for business, but also to improve the social and economic lives of its members. This research uses a qualitative method that involves interviews with sources, object observation by directly observing the research location. This study's findings indicate that the role of KSPPS BMT Berkah Madani can encourage the economy of the community, especially cooperative members through products such as financing and savings. The existence of KSPPS BMT Berkah Madani also helps develop employment opportunities and improve the quality of members' businesses.
