Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan film dokumenter PETI terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada sub materi Pencemaran dan Kerusakan Lingkungan di kelas X SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimental Design) dengan rancangan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas X MIA3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X MIA4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan intact group. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda yang berjumlah 20 butir. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan media film dokumenter sebesar 16,91 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diajar menggunakan media gambar sebesar 14,29. Dari uji-t, menunjukkan bahwa thitung> ttabel yakni 4.77 > 1,67, artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan media film dokumenter danmedia gambar. Kata kunci : Film Dokumenter PETI, Hasil Belajar, Sub Materi Pencemaran dan Kerusakan Lingkungan  Abstract: This study aims to determine the use of documentary PETI film towards students learning outcome in sub matter of pollution and environmental breakdown in grade X SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak. The method of this research is Quasi-Experimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The study sample consists of two classes namely grade X MIA 3 as class experiment and grade X MIA4 as grade control. The sampling technique is intact group. Instruments used in this research is 20 items of multiple choice test. The average student learning outcomes are taught using the medium of documentary films is 16.9 higher compared to the average student learning outcomes are taught using the media image is 14.29. From t-test, it is resulted thattobtained>tcriticalnamely 4.77 > 1.67, meaning that there is a significant difference between students’ learning outcome which is taught using the media of documentary films andmedia images. Abstract

The problem in this research is how a process and result of learning sigeh penguten dance at X class in the first periode Senior High School (SHS) Wiratama Kotagajah. The purpose of this research is to describe implementation program of learning made by teacher’s dance of Senior High school (SHS) Wiratama Kotagajah, teacher’s activities to educate student at the dance learning of sigeh penguten, student activities at the dance learning of sigeh penguten and the result of student education after learning process of sigeh penguten dance.This research used cualitative descriptive desain and use cualitative methode. Cualitative descriptive desain is used to describe a process and result of sigeh penguten dance learing at X class first periode of Senior High School (SHS) Wiratama Kotagajah. In a learning there are three case that covered of learning, the first is what a something to learn it’s about a matery of learning, the second is how to learn it’s abaout a strategy is used in a learning process and the third is how to evaluate it’s about a result of learning process. There are four aspect is used to valuate it. The aspects are used to see if in a learning was happening an interaction. A four aspect are learning program, teacher’s learning process, student’s activities and student’s learning result.From the result of this research can see that a learning process included are learning program made by teacher’s dance the average is good (84%), teacher’s learning process the average is very good (90%) and student’s activities the average is good (80%), there are four activities that use to see a student’s activities. There are visual activities, listening activities, motor activities and emotional activities. Beside the three aspect that explained there is one more aspect in this research, the aspect is evaluate the studen’s learning result. This aspect is used to see a student’s ability. From the student’s learning result the value is very good (0%), good (0%), enough (60%), less (40%) dan fail (0%).

Abstract

One of the key factors that influence the performance and development of an organization is its culture. A strong, positive culture can increase employee motivation, job satisfaction and productivity, while a weak culture can hinder progress and reduce effectiveness. . In the era of globalization and intensifying competition, it is important for organizations to understand how their culture can be used as a tool to create. In this study, a theoretical model that combines theories about organizational culture and theories about organizational development is used. This model identifies key cultural elements, such as values, norms, and practices, and relates them to indicators of organizational development. Overall, this analysis shows that organizational culture greatly affects organizational progress. In order to achieve the long-term goals of the organization, management must pay great attention to the establishment and maintenance of a positive culture. This is because a strong culture is essential for shaping employee behavior and creating a work environment that supports high engagement and productivity. Organizations can create a dynamic and productive work environment by concentrating on developing visionary leadership, improving internal communication, and increasing employee engagement. This will drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and ensure well-being.
