Abstract

The importance of budgeting in a business is to know whether the business is running well or not, with the business running well it will make it easier for MSMEs to continue to soar forward so that they can provide benefits to the surrounding area where the MSMEs are located, such as the Wak Ndut Shoe Shop business in Laut Dendang. In this research, the author conducted direct interviews with the Wak Ndut Shoe Shop MSME business which has developed rapidly in the Dendang Sea. The results of the research show that the Wak Ndut Shoe Shop MSME business is not yet completely perfect because there are many things that are wrong with the Wak Ndut Shoe Shop's budgeting, so evaluation is a good thing for the Wak Ndut Shoe Shop business so that it can develop rapidly in the future.

Abstract

The younger generation starts businesses with a strong drive from economic motivation and social motivation, with this drive making them innovate and contribute through the business they run. This article aims to look at the influence of economic motivation and social motivation on the younger generation in starting a business. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was through the distribution of questionnaires through google from 50 respondents. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable of economic motivation is more dominant in influencing the younger generation to start a business. Abstract

Penerapan digitalisasi dalam pelayanan sistem informasi manajemen pada lembaga keuangan menjadi salah satu upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan termasuk pada PT Pegadaian yang saat ini sudah melakukan perubahan dengan menggunakan aplikasi yang memudahkan pelanggan untuk bertransaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penerapan aplikasi pada pegadaian dalam mempermudah transaksi nasabah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Pegadaian telah menerapkan pelayanan Sistem Informasi Manajemen melalui aplikasi Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) yang menunjukkan bagaimana teknologi dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan layanan keuangan di Indonesia
