Abstract

This research is aimed to examine influence of the presentation of the element-element integrated reporting in the annual report to the asymmetry of information. The research was conducted on a non-financial listed on the Indonesian stock exchange 2015.The population in this study are all non-financial companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia in 2015 are 440 companies. Samples used in this research are 85 companies. The method of determining the sample is by using a random sampling method, while the data processing method used by reseacher are the multiple regression and use SPSS version 22.00. The result of this research showed that the variable overview of the organization and the external environment, governance, and resource allocation strategy, business model, performance, future outlook no significant effect on information asymmetry. Abstract

Permasalahan kesehatan yang dialami masyarakat RT 10 Pakuan Baru Kota Jambi menurut hasil data dari puskesmas yaitu hipertensi, yang sebagian besar diderita orang dewasa dan lansia. Buah mentimun dan tanaman seledri merupakan tanaman yang sangat mudah ditemukan terutama di RT 10 Pakuan Baru dimana kedua tanaman ini dapat digunakan sebagai obat herbal untuk mengatasi penyakit hipertensi. Mentimun mempunyai kandungan potassium, magnesium dan fosfor, sedangkan seledri mempunyai kandungan apigenin, flavonoid, kalsium, magnesium. Selain itu permasalahan lain yang ada di RT 0 Pakuan Baru didapatkan dari survei awal dimana langsung mewawancarai masyarakat RT 10 dan didapatkan hasil bahwa masyarakat banyak menderita penyakit asam urat. Sehinnga kedua penyakit ini dijadikan upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan di lingkungan masyarakat RT 10 Pakuan Baru. Metode pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan penyuluhan dan pembuatan produk serta pengecekan kesehatan terhadap tekanan darah dan asam urat. Hasil dari pengabdian yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penyakit hipertensi dan asam urat serta terjadi penurunan kadar tekanan darah dan asam urat pada saat cek kesehatan terhadap masyarakat setelah dilakukan penyuluhan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Kecacingan menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan yang masih banyak ditemukan terutama pada Soil Transmitted Helminth. Soil Transmitted Helminthes merupakan cacing golongan nematoda yang memerlukan tanah untuk perkembangan bentuk infektifnya. Prevalensi terjadinya kecacingan pada manusia di dunia adalah Ascaris lumbricoides mengenai 1300 orang, ancylostoma duodenal dan necator americanus mengenai 400–800 juta orang. Anak-anak usia sekolah mempunyai risiko paling tinggi untuk terjadinya manifestasi klinis dari infeksi ini Beberapa faktor yang dapat menyebabkan tingginya prevalensi infeksi cacing adalah rendahnya tingkat perilaku hidup bersih sehat. Tujuan: Untuk mengidentifikasi ada tidaknya telur cacing pada spesimen feses anak-anak di panti asuhan raudhatul ummat palu. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi observasional deskriptif. Dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang gambaran jenis telur cacing pada spesimen feses anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Raudhatul Ummat Palu. Hasil Penelitian : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di panti asuhan raudhatul ummat menunjukan bahwa hasil pemeriksaan telur cacing STH dari 35 sampel yang diteliti terdapat 2 sampel yang ditemukan telur cacing dan 33 sampel yang tidak ditemukan telur cacing pada sampel tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian terdapat 2 sampel yang ditemukan telur cacing yang tergolong telur cacing STH yang diantaranya yaitu 1 telur cacing Ascaris lumbricoides dan satu lainnya yaitu telur Necator Americanus dan ditemukan pada anak dengan usia 6 dan 8 tahun. Kesimpulan : ditemukan telur cacing yang tergolong telur cacing STH dengan jenis telur cacing gelang dan telur cacing tambang dan ditemukan bahwa usia berpengaruh terhadap infeksi kecacingan.

Abstract

Decision support system is a system that can solve problems that occur in ranking quickly and can find out the highest to lowest value in a selection. In this paper is one of the case studies that can be solved using a decision support system, where the problem faced in the selection of agricultural land is how to choose the best chili and to make a selection must use manually and the assessment process takes a long time. to get results. Therefore created a problem how to determine an appropriate agricultural land selection problem to determine the good chili crop yield using the MOORA method and where the MOORA method is used to test in correctness that aims to determine the accuracy of the value obtained by the system, the results of the best land selection is in the city area of binjai jln sawi payaroba west binjai, plus the value of the weight of the criterion and the modification trial which aims to find out how many criteria can be added.

Abstract

The Population and Civil Registry Office of Binjai City is a government agency which is engaged in providing services to the community. In running a marriage registration service, the binjai city Population and Civil Registry service serves Marriage registration for about 10 days because the system used is still not computerized or still manual with a collection of document files. So it takes a very long time in the process. Therefore to achieve less effective and efficient time in registration. Then the making of an online Marriage Registration Information system will be made which will greatly facilitate the marriage registrar's administrators. Using a website base with the programming language used is PHP. So that it will be easy to use many kinds of devices, both laptops, computers, mobile phones, and smartphones. The information system is made according to procedures in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Binjai City. Starting from registration until the issuance of a registered certificate after that can provide activity reports to the Department of Population and Civil Registration binjai city through the website without having to come to the Office of Population and Civil Registration. The results of this thesis are in the form of a Binjai City Marriage Registration Information System. With such a solution the time in service will only take faster so that it becomes maximal.

Abstract

Protection of workers in Indonesia is regulated through the provisions of Law no. 13 Year 2003 on Manpower. This provides for general provisions on the rights and obligations of workers and employers. Special arrangements are not only governed by the Ministry of Manpower, the local government regulates the policy of the Regional Regulation, so in providing protection for local workers it is necessary to develop the principles of City of Human Rights. Limitations of discussion are reviewed as follows how the law regulation of protection of workers in Indonesia? How to regulate the principles of the City of Human Rights in Indonesia? how to protect workers in the application of the principles of the City of Human Rights in Indonesia? The research method used is normative juridical using secondary data that is labor regulation and human rights regulation in accordance with research study. Human rights cities are human rights approaches to local governance including democratic principles, participation, responsible leadership, transparency, accountability, non-discrimination, empowerment and rule of law. That the protection of workers is a protection of human rights as regulated in the 1945 Constitution, the Law on Human Rights, so that a national human rights policy action plan that is implemented by the central government and local government through the implementation of the principles of Human Rights City in Indonesia with carrying the 3 pillars of respecting, protecting and fulfilling human rights specifically human rights workers in obtaining basic rights namely the right to obtain employment, protection at work and experiencing termination of employment that can be fulfilled by the local government through the Regional Regulation which is the application of the principle of the City of Rights Human Rights. Protection of workers within the Local Regulation to incorporate the principles of City of Human Rights that the protection of workers is a principle of human rights that must be implemented in the region.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian yaitu : 1) Sumber belajar yang kurang bervariasi; 2) Kesulitan peserta didik dalam mengingat sederet fakta dan konsep yang harus diingat pada pembelajaran sejarah, dan cenderung diingat dalam waktu yang singkat, sehingga beberapa peserta didik belum belajar sampai tingkat pemahaman; 3) Sumber belajar seperti kamus belum digunakan dalam pembelajaran Sejarah Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan kamus mnemonic sebagai sumber belajar Sejarah Indonesia di Sekolah Menengah Atas yang layak, dan praktis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D), dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D. Model ini terdiri dari 4 tahap pengembangan, yaitu define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan), dan disseminate (penyebaran), penelitian ini dilakukan hanya sampai pada tahap pengembangan saja. Subjek yang diteliti adalah peserta didik kelas X IPS 2 di SMAN 7 Padang. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan produk berupa kamus mnemonic sebagai sumber belajar Sejarah Indonesia di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kamus ini sangat layak dan sangat praktis untuk digunakan sebagai sumber belajar sejarah di Sekolah Menengah Atas, yang dibuktikan dengan skor rata-rata kelayakan dari ahli materi sebesar 3.59 dengan kriteria sangat layak, sedangkan skor rata-rata kelayakan dari ahli sumber belajar sebesar 3.50 dengan kriteria sangat layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Selanjutnya skor rata-rata kepraktisan kamus mnemonic dari guru yaitu sebesar 3.83 dengan kriteria sangat praktis, serta kepraktisan juga dilihat dari analisis jawaban angket respon yang diberikan kepada 33 orang peserta didik kelas X IPS 2 di SMAN 7 Padang. Hasil yang diperoleh sebesar 3.36 dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Maka kamus mnemonic sebagai sumber belajar Sejarah Indonesia di Sekolah Menengah Atas yang telah diuji cobakan dapat membantu peserta didik dalam mengingat baik fakta maupun konsep yang ada pada mata pelajaran Sejarah Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of many early childhood problematic at the stage of social development in PAUD Falamboyan Parit Malintang Padang Pariaman District. This is presumably because the management of the learning environment has not been well implemented, so this study aims to reveal the description of the management of the learning environment, the picture of early child social development, and the relationship between the two variables. This research is correlational research. The research population is the guardian of murid di jadikan sampel by using stratified random sampling technique. Data collection tool used is a questionnaire with data analysis of percentage calculations and using product moment formula to see the relationship of these two variables. The results showed that the Relationship Management Environmental Learning With Social Development Early Childhood According to the Guardian in Paud Falamboyan Parit Malintang Padang Pariaman District looks less good.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the high participation of participants in traditional dance training at Sanggar Palinggam Bungo Pasang, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This study aims to see the description of the physical environment and social environment in traditional dance training at Sanggar Palinggam. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study are 20 participants. Sample of the study are 16 people. The instruments of data collections are questionnaire with a statement, while the result of the research used percentage calculation. This result describe that learning environment of traditional dance at Sanggar Palinggam Bungo Pasang Pesisir selatan regency are 1) physic environment is good. It means that environment is suibtable with the instrument that the trainees need for training traditional dance. It can from the way of the trainer teach the trainee, also the trainer can give a conditional place with a pleasant training atmosphere and there is good air circulation, 2) the social environment is good. There is good interaction and communication between the trainee and their trainer. Then, it can be seen that every trainer has good communication each others. Good communication from the trainer can be seen that the trainer never say bad words in front of the trainee. The dance traditional learning always open with praying and greeting.Keywords: Learning Environment, Dance Training

Abstract

The Raskin program is a program from the government to reduce the burden of spending on the Indonesian people. With existing technological facilities, distribution problems for the Raskin program can be reduced. Rice distribution is an activity that is often carried out around the community. However, rice distribution often takes a very long time and causes long and inefficient queues. To overcome this, an Arduino-based Rice ATM was created to facilitate the distribution of rice using an Arduino microcontroller, photoelectric sensor, loadcell, Rfid, and rice distribution servo motor. can identify objects that have been marked with a unique identifier code. Based on this, this study discusses the rice ATM system using an Arduino-based e-ID card. The results of the testing and implementation of this system are that when the RFID card is tapped, then the ID and balance are checked on the oled lcd, if appropriate, the servo motor will open and remove the rice and if the RFID tag used is not appropriate and the balance provided has run out, the servo motor will not work. open. Distance and position of RFID reading after 1 test. Picking up rice at this ATM is only done 1 time 1 day in 1 card, if you want to take more than 1 time the e-KTP must be reset, the quantity issued by this rice atm system is 1 kg. From these problems, an ATM Rice tool was produced using a weight sensor or loadcell. From the results of testing this tool works well and is able to overcome the problems that have been experienced by the community
