Abstract

Permasalahan kesehatan yang dialami masyarakat RT 10 Pakuan Baru Kota Jambi menurut hasil data dari puskesmas yaitu hipertensi, yang sebagian besar diderita orang dewasa dan lansia. Buah mentimun dan tanaman seledri merupakan tanaman yang sangat mudah ditemukan terutama di RT 10 Pakuan Baru dimana kedua tanaman ini dapat digunakan sebagai obat herbal untuk mengatasi penyakit hipertensi. Mentimun mempunyai kandungan potassium, magnesium dan fosfor, sedangkan seledri mempunyai kandungan apigenin, flavonoid, kalsium, magnesium. Selain itu permasalahan lain yang ada di RT 0 Pakuan Baru didapatkan dari survei awal dimana langsung mewawancarai masyarakat RT 10 dan didapatkan hasil bahwa masyarakat banyak menderita penyakit asam urat. Sehinnga kedua penyakit ini dijadikan upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan di lingkungan masyarakat RT 10 Pakuan Baru. Metode pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan penyuluhan dan pembuatan produk serta pengecekan kesehatan terhadap tekanan darah dan asam urat. Hasil dari pengabdian yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penyakit hipertensi dan asam urat serta terjadi penurunan kadar tekanan darah dan asam urat pada saat cek kesehatan terhadap masyarakat setelah dilakukan penyuluhan.

Abstract

Protection of workers in Indonesia is regulated through the provisions of Law no. 13 Year 2003 on Manpower. This provides for general provisions on the rights and obligations of workers and employers. Special arrangements are not only governed by the Ministry of Manpower, the local government regulates the policy of the Regional Regulation, so in providing protection for local workers it is necessary to develop the principles of City of Human Rights. Limitations of discussion are reviewed as follows how the law regulation of protection of workers in Indonesia? How to regulate the principles of the City of Human Rights in Indonesia? how to protect workers in the application of the principles of the City of Human Rights in Indonesia? The research method used is normative juridical using secondary data that is labor regulation and human rights regulation in accordance with research study. Human rights cities are human rights approaches to local governance including democratic principles, participation, responsible leadership, transparency, accountability, non-discrimination, empowerment and rule of law. That the protection of workers is a protection of human rights as regulated in the 1945 Constitution, the Law on Human Rights, so that a national human rights policy action plan that is implemented by the central government and local government through the implementation of the principles of Human Rights City in Indonesia with carrying the 3 pillars of respecting, protecting and fulfilling human rights specifically human rights workers in obtaining basic rights namely the right to obtain employment, protection at work and experiencing termination of employment that can be fulfilled by the local government through the Regional Regulation which is the application of the principle of the City of Rights Human Rights. Protection of workers within the Local Regulation to incorporate the principles of City of Human Rights that the protection of workers is a principle of human rights that must be implemented in the region.

Abstract

Noise then cross street highway is a noise that disturbs the activities basic human break,communication, study, and work. Pollution sound caused, volume high that makes the areaaround it becomes noisy. Pollution sound with level noise in on from 85 dB result in effectbad for health human, destination research for knowing level noise in Crossroad StreetAgussalim to Street Karaeng Buranne and Street Bau Massepe to Street Karaeng Buranne.Type research that used that is descriptive, a tool that used that is sound level meters, standssound level meters, sheet observation, the sample as much 60 people including the user streetand public that there is around crossroads. Taking data measurement noise during theinterval time 10 minutes that in do it in the morning, noon and afternoon. The resultsmeasurement in Crossroad Street Agussalim to Street Karaeng Buranne and Street BauMassepe to Street Karaeng Buranne on when sound voice announcer more high-level noiseon morning day with amount volume vehicle 465 average 76,7 dB, while on when afternoonday level noise decreased with amount volume vehicle 402 average 72,5 dB, thus too on whenno sound voice announcer more high-level noise on morning day with average 74,4 dB, whileon afternoon day level noise decreased with average 71,8 dB. Perception public about toolgiver gesture light traffic stated 63,3% well and 36,7% stated less well. Picture aboutregulation placement APILL in crossroad street still many public around to do violation andpermanent indifferent to appeal or voice announcer that there is a traffic light. The necessitysocialization sign traffic in the street so that no occur violation that can cause accident traffic.

Abstract

The evaluation of curriculum program in improving the quality of education is motivated by the development of increasingly sophisticated and globalized science and technology (IPTEK), so that it has an impact on almost all human life on earth today, including educational institutions. Educational institutions are required to be able to anticipate these changes by realizing quality education. In education management, curriculum management needs to be carried out by holding and applying the existing management principles so that the output produced is of quality. The purpose of this study was to determine how the evaluation of curriculum program in improving the quality of education at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung are: (1) curriculum program planning in improving the quality of education at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung has been carried out collaboratively, meaning that by involving school personnel in all stages of curriculum planning; (2) the implementation of the curriculum program in improving the quality of education at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung has been carried out in accordance with the general principles of curriculum development; (3) the evaluation of the curriculum program in improving the quality of education at MAS Al-Washliyah 22 Tembung is carried out very well, as evidenced by the existence of a systematic effort in setting implementation standards.

Abstract

Banking is a business entity trusted by the public to collect and manage their savings. In banks, there are many types of transactions and activities provided for community services that called customers. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia is the intended business entity to implement economic science and a form of community service through banking services. Implementing Merdeka Learning Campus Program at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch A. Rivai Palembang as a form of community service through banking services such as printing bank statements, unblocking pension customer accounts, managing Non-Tax State Revenue, People's Business Credit programs, and managing bank administration. The method of implementing the MBKM program follows procedures from the university and the bank, namely filing and cooperation agreement (MoU). The result of the implementation of MBKM is that the author gets an expansion in knowledge in the field of banking which can then be evaluated as an initial step in self-development and preparation for the world of work in the future.

Abstract

This research discusses several educational problems at MAS PAB I Sampali and analyzes policies that can be implemented to improve the quality of education. The main focus of research includes curriculum, educational infrastructure, parental involvement, and policy implementation challenges. First, inappropriate curricula are a concern, requiring thorough evaluation and adjustments to include 21st century skills. Second, limited educational infrastructure requires evaluation and improvement to ensure the availability of facilities that are conducive to effective learning. Third, low parental involvement can be overcome through special programs such as regular meetings and parent training. Fourth, policy implementation challenges, such as resistance to change, require identification of barriers and effective implementation strategies. This solution can be the basis for improving the quality of education at MAS PAB I Sampali and making it more responsive to today's demands. This transformation is not only to meet current educational needs but also to face future challenges with confidence and readiness.

Abstract

Children under five are the gold brain generation where brain growth and development is currently developing. The toddler years are a time when children experience rapid growth, a very important period for basic growth to occur which will influence and determine the child's further development. In terms of food consumption, at this age children are still passive consumers, who are not yet able to pick and choose their own food according to their needs, so at this age children are very vulnerable to various health problems if they are malnourished.

Abstract

Status gizi merupakan status kesehatan seseorang yang dipengaruhi oleh pengguna zat gizi dan asupan makanan di dalam tubuh. Status gizi dapat menjadi preduktor suatu outcome penyakit dan juga dapat menjadi salah satu cara pencegahan dini suatu penyakit. Penilaian status gizi balita dapat diukur berdasarkan indikator antropometri meliputi tinggi badan (TB), berat badan (BB), dan Nilai Indeks pada balita. Clustering merupakan pengelompokan atau penggalian pengetahuan dan informasi baru dengan data yang berjumlah besar. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah pihak puskesmas melihat perkembangan status gizi pada balita berdasarkan kelompok pada nilai indeks yang didapat dan hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis ini yaitu jumlah kelompok yang dibentuk sebanyak 3 kelompok. Group 1 terdapat 9 data dan Centroid (1,3, 3) dengan status Gizi Baik pada group usia adalah < 1 tahun dan kelompok nilai indeks yang didapatkan adalah -2 SD s.d + 1SD . Group 2 terdapat 8 data dan Centroid (1,1.87, 1.87) dengan status Gizi Buruk pada group usia adalah < 1 tahun dan kelompok nilai indeks yang didapatkan adalah <-3 SD, Group 3 terdapat 3 data dan Centroid (1, 4.33, 4.33) dengan status Gizi Lebih pada group usia adalah < 1 tahun dan kelompok nilai indeks yang didapatkan adalah >+1 SD s.d +2SD.

Abstract

Kelahiran sesar adalah alternatif terakhir dalam persalinan, dikarenakan faktor resiko yang tinggi. Walau pun resikonya tinggi, angka kelahiran sesar mengalami peningkatan yang tinggi, khususnya di Indonesia. Cluster analysis adalah pekerjaan mengelompokan data (objek) yang didasarkan hanya pada informasi yang ditemukan dalam data yang menggambarkan objek tersebut dan hubungan diantaranya. Output untuk mengetahui pengelompokan pasien sesar  berdasarkan indikasi yang ada. Dari 20 data diperoleh 3 group, Cluster 1 terdapat 6 data, Cluster 2 terdapat 10 data, dan Cluster 3 terdapat 4 data. Dan diperoleh Group terbanyak adalah cluster 2. Dapat diketahui pada cluster 1 (1   1   1) terdapat terdapat 6 data yaitu berada di umur pasien 18-25 tahun pada status kehamilan ke satu dan memiliki indikasi tekanan darah tinggi. Pada cluster 2 (2   1   5) terdapat 10 data yaitu berada di umur pasien 26-35 tahun pada status kehamilan ke satu dan memiliki indikasi pinggul ibu terlalu kecil. Pada cluster 3 (2   1   6) terdapat 4 data yaitu berada di umur pasien 26-35  tahun pada status kehamilan ke satu dan memiliki indikasi kelilet tali pusar.

Abstract

Makanan yang tidak mengandung gizi (tidak bergizi), seperti junk food, apabila dikonsumsi secara terus menerus maka dapat menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan. Berkenaan dengan situasi ini, penyakit yang sering muncul akibat konsumsi junk food adalah obesitas, Diabetes melitus tipe II, Jantung koroner, Hipertensi. Penyakit tersebut apabila tidak di deteksi secara dini maka akan berdampak serius terhadap kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu sistem yang dapat mendeteksi dini sebagai upaya pencegahan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh junk food. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode certainty factor, yaitu metode yang digunakan untuk membuktikan apakah suatu data itu pasti atau tidak pasti untuk mengakomodasi ketidakpastian dalam pengambilan keputusan.
