Abstract

Information within a company is very important to support sustainability development, so there is a reason that information is really needed for a company company. One company that uses an integrated information system network to make business easier the company is PT. Telkom . Telkom demands to be even better improve the quality and quantity of its services in order to become a company the best telecommunications in Indonesia and even the world, not only that, PT Telkom too Realizing that there is the importance of human resources (HR) in helping company to achieve its main targets, and in helping the company to achieve main target, and in its implementation must take into account social interests, functional and employee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan, penerapan, dan evaluasi keamanan sistem informasi manajemen di PT Indo Premier Sekuritas. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai aspek yang memengaruhi efektivitas sistem informasi manajemen, termasuk kepuasan pengguna, efisiensi operasional, dan mitigasi risiko keamanan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi internal perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan sistem informasi dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan responnya, dan kemudahan akses. Di sisi lain, penerapan keamanan sistem informasi telah dilakukan melalui pengelolaan infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai, namun terdapat juga beberapa kelemahan dalam evaluasi risiko yang membutuhkan perhatian lebih. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan mengoptimalkan pengamanan sistem informasi, yang berguna untuk mendukung operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan perusahaan

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 membawa dampak besar terhadap model kerja, terutama bagi Generasi Z yang sudah mulai memasuki dunia kerja. Genrasi Z berkaitan erat dengan teknologi dan mengutamakan kebebasan serta keseimbangan dalam kehidupan kerja. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menelaah perubahan yang timbul pada pola kerja Generasi Z pascapandemi Covid-19, dengan melihat preferensi kerja, penyesuaian diri terhadap perkembangan digitalisasi, serta masalah dalam lingkungan kerja virtual bagi Generasi Z. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan untuk mempelajari perubahan segmen kerja Generasi Z. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya Generasi Z cenderung memilih pekerjaan dengan fleksibilitas yang tinggi, seperti hybrid workinh dan remote working. Selain itu, dengan berkembangnya teknologi digital saat ini juga mendorong hadirnya berbagai kesempatan pekerjaan baru yang menekankan keterampilan digital. Dengan penyesuaian diri dan penguasaan teknologi yang baik, Generasi Z dapat menghadapi dinamika dunia kerja dengan siap dan kompetitif.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have become the main driving force of the local economy in Indonesia, including in Medan City. As grassroots economic entities, MSMEs not only contribute significantly to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), but also play a role in creating jobs, reducing social disparities, and accelerating the process of equitable development. This study is a literature review that aims to examine in depth the role of MSMEs in driving the regional economy in Medan City based on the results of the latest research published in national and international journals. The analysis was conducted on various aspects, such as the economic contribution of MSMEs, structural and policy challenges, the role of digitalization in increasing competitiveness, and the social impact on community welfare. The results of the study indicate that MSMEs in Medan City play a central role in economic development, but still face various obstacles such as access to financing, limited digitalization, and managerial limitations. Therefore, a strengthening strategy based on collaboration between MSME actors, local governments, financial institutions, and local communities is needed. This study provides a conceptual contribution in building a comprehensive understanding of the contribution of MSMEs as an instrument of sustainable regional development.

Abstract

Analisis Strategi Penguatan Daya Saing Ekspor Kopi Sum   Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kementerian Perindustrian, serta laporan industri kopi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ekspor kopi Sidikalang mengalami pertumbuhan, masih ada beberapa tantangan yang harus dihadapi, seperti persaingan ketat dengan negara produsen lain, fluktuasi harga global, dan keterbatasan dalam pengolahan produk. Untuk meningkatkan daya saing, diperlukan strategi hilirisasi yang mendorong pengolahan kopi menjadi produk bernilai tambah, serta diversifikasi pasar ke negara-negara dengan permintaan tinggi terhadap kopi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya dukungan dari pemerintah, peningkatan kualitas produksi, serta pemanfaatan pemasaran digital agar kopi Sidikalang dapat semakin dikenal dan bersaing di pasar global

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of information systems used in public services at the Medan Branch Of ice of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The quality of information systems plays an important role in improving efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction, especially in a public service environment that demands transparency and accuracy of information. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees, investors, and the general public as service users at the Medan IDX. The main focus of this study is to evaluate three main aspects of information system quality, namely system quality (reliability, ease of use, and accessibility), information quality (accuracy, relevance, and speed of delivery), and service quality (responsiveness, technical support, and professionalism). The results show that most users are satisfied with the quality of the existing information system, although there are some shortcomings that need to be corrected, such as slow response times during peak hours and the need for system updates that are more adaptive to technological developments. The implications of this study provide strategic recommendations to improve the quality of information systems, including training for service of icers, investment in more sophisticated technological infrastructure, and the implementation of a periodic evaluation mechanism for the system used. With these improvements, it is expected that the Indonesia Stock Exchange Medan Branch can provide more optimal public services, strengthen investor confidence, and support the growth of the capital market in Indonesia)

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the relationship between the number of e-commerce entrepreneurs, digital literacy level, and GDP per capita on the e-commerce transaction value in Indonesia from 2020 to 2023. The approach used in this research is multiple correlation analysis, using secondary data obtained from BPS, the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, and the Indonesian E-Commerce Association (idEA). The findings of this study indicate that all three independent variables have a very strong relationship with the e-commerce transaction value, evidenced by an R² value of 1.000 which shows that 100% of the variance in transaction value can be explained by the combination of these three variables. In separate analysis, GDP per capita has the most significant impact (97.5%), followed by digital literacy (93.1%), and the number of e-commerce entrepreneurs (80.9%). This result indicates that the development of the digital economy in Indonesia is greatly influenced by the purchasing power of the community, understanding of digital technology, and the presence of online business actors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of payment system digitization on inflation stability in Indonesia during the period 2015 - 2024 using a qualitative approach. The main focus of this research is to examine how digital transformation in the payment system, especially through the use of e-money, QRIS, debit cards, and credit cards can contribute to changes in transaction patterns in society and its implications for the inflation rate. Digital transformation in the national payment system, such as the increasing use of QRIS, e-money, and other non-cash payment methods has changed people's transaction behavior and strengthened the effectiveness of inflation control policies. Digitalization accelerates transaction efficiency, lowers the amount of distribution costs, and expands financial inclusion. It also collectively contributes to price stability. However, there are challenges such as digital infrastructure gaps and financial literacy that still need to be improved, so that the benefits of digitalization can be used by many people as users. The results of this study confirm that the digitization of payment systems is a strategic instrument in maintaining Indonesia's macroeconomic stability, as long as there is synergistic policy support and continuous education.
