Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik wardah. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Metode dalam pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 100 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Uji instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan R2 . Hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel telah lolos uji multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi dan normalitas berdistribusi normal. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa harga (X₁) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Wardah, kualitas produk (X₂) dan promosi (X₃) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Wardah

Abstract

This research aims to examine students' mathematical critical thinking abilities based on self-efficacy in flat-sided geometric material and students are expected to be able to have self-confidence in analyzing and solving problems critically. The research was conducted at Kafah Unggul Islamic High School, Tangerang City, with research subjects selected from 6 students from 14 class X Science students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data analysis technique obtained through filling out a questionnaire regarding self-efficacy was analyzed using low, medium and high criteria and continued with a written test in the form of description questions with flat-sided geometric material and interviews. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the category level of students who have high self-efficacy is 25%. The largest category is 58.33% with moderate self-efficacy and the smallest is 16.66% in the low self-efficacy category which is caused by several factors, such as experiencing difficulties when analyzing and determining the formula to use according to the question.

Abstract

Mradio is a radio community under the auspices of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Muhammadiyah University, Jakarta, which aims to be a forum for students to deepen their skills in the field of broadcasting. There is a work system within Mradio which was deliberately created to improve performance and reduce the possibility of repeating errors for each member within it, where a clearer and neater work flow can be created, so that work effectiveness can be established there. The bureaucratic system is used to achieve work effectiveness at radio because it makes communication more structured by relying on multilevel levels starting from the head of management to members of each departementon. This research aims to determine the organizational performance system of Mradio, as well as to determine whether or not there is an influence of the organizational work system on the performance of Mradio members. The approach used in this research uses a qualitative approach which emphasizes the meaning, reasoning, definition of a particular situation. The type of research method used in this research is the descriptive method.
