Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk medeskripsikan kemampuan mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika dalam menyiapkan diri menjadi guru profesional berdasarkan standar kompetensi pendidik yang dibutuhkan kelak ketika menjadi guru pada mata kuliah microteaching. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian seluruh mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah microteaching  semester genap pada tahun akademik 2018/2019. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar penilaian perencanaan pembelajaran, lembar observasi praktik mengajar, lembar penilaian kompetensi pratikan dan catatan kegiatan praktik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh gambaran dan kesimpulan bahwa mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika pada mata kuliah microteaching sudah  mampu menjadi guru profesional berdasarkan kompetensi pendidik yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, profesional dan sosial.This study aims to describe the ability of students of mathematics education study programs to prepare themselves to become professional teachers based on educator competency standards that are needed later when becoming teachers in microteaching courses. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with research subjects all students who take the even semester microteaching courses in the 2018/2019 academic year. The instruments used were learning planning assessment sheets, teaching practice observation sheets, pratic competence assessment sheets and notes on practical activities. The technique of collecting data is by observation, interview and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis obtained an overview and conclusion that students of mathematics education study programs in the microteaching course are able to become professional teachers based on educator competencies, namely pedagogical, personal, professional and social competence.

Abstract

Literasi numerasi dibutuhkan dalam setiap aspek kegiatan, baik pada rumah, sekolah atau lingkungan masyarakat. pada kehidupan sehari-hari ketika mengatur waktu, memilih lama pekerjaan, berbelanja, merencanakan liburan atau aktivitas lainnya membutuhkan kemampuan literasi numerasi. menggunakan kemampuan literasi numerasi, para PMI akan bisa memecahkan permasalahan yang berkaitan menggunakan matematika. Kemampuan yg terkait ialah kemampuan mengaplikasikan konsep sapta, pengukuran, operasi hitung, geometri, data dan pola serta menginterpretasikan isu kuantitatif yang ada di sekeliling. Guna memperkuat kecakapan numerasi bagi PMI, perlu ditingkatkan aktivitas kegiatan yang sesuai dengan muatan numerasi yaitu dengan mengadakan pelatihan secara online bagi para PMI di Hong Kong. Metode aktivitas ini ialah menggunakan melaksanakan training dan pendekatan pada mitra yang dituju, melaksanakan pelatihan dan evaluasi. hasil evaluasi pelatihan menyatakan bahwa aktivitas pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi para PMI di Hong Kong.

Abstract

This research aims to examine students' mathematical critical thinking abilities based on self-efficacy in flat-sided geometric material and students are expected to be able to have self-confidence in analyzing and solving problems critically. The research was conducted at Kafah Unggul Islamic High School, Tangerang City, with research subjects selected from 6 students from 14 class X Science students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data analysis technique obtained through filling out a questionnaire regarding self-efficacy was analyzed using low, medium and high criteria and continued with a written test in the form of description questions with flat-sided geometric material and interviews. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the category level of students who have high self-efficacy is 25%. The largest category is 58.33% with moderate self-efficacy and the smallest is 16.66% in the low self-efficacy category which is caused by several factors, such as experiencing difficulties when analyzing and determining the formula to use according to the question.
