Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the production of oyster mushrooms in Sokogrenjeng Village, Kenduruan District, Tuban Regency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method, namely by describing or describing the conditions that occur in the field. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results obtained by researchers show that oyster mushroom business owners have applied the principles of Islamic business ethics starting from unity/tawhid, justice, free will, responsibility, and truth/honesty. This can be seen from various aspects of the business implemented starting from the selection of raw materials and the production process. This research shows that the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the oyster mushroom business in Sokogrenjeng Village is highly recommended because it has a positive impact on business owners, consumers and the environment. Apart from that, it can increase consumer confidence, improve business image, and create a just and prosperous society. Business owners get blessings in this world and the hereafter. It is hoped that this research can contribute to improving the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the oyster mushroom business in Sokogrenjeng Village, so that it can produce halal, quality products that are beneficial to the community.

Abstract

Piper Retrofractum Vahl., yang juga dikenal sebagai cabe jawa, memiliki manfaat kesehatan dan potensi ekonomi yang tinggi dengan harga pasar berkisar antara Rp. 80.000 hingga Rp. 100.000 per kilogram dalam bentuk kering. Peluang ekspor melibatkan negara-negara seperti Singapura, Malaysia, Cina, Timur Tengah, Eropa, dan Amerika. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan nilai ekonomi komoditas herbal ini, penelitian ini berfokus pada perbaikan proses pengeringan menggunakan metode oven, dengan mempelajari pengaruh pre-treatment berbasis ekstrak kulit jeruk dan kulit nanas yang kaya asam askorbat terhadap kualitas cabe jawa. Studi ini menggunakan tiga tingkat kematangan cabe jawa yaitu mentah (hijau), setengah matang (jingga), dan matang (merah). Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap dengan pilihan perlakuan meliputi tanpa perlakuan, blanching dengan air panas 70°C, perendaman dalam ekstrak kulit jeruk, blanching dengan ekstrak kulit jeruk pada suhu 70°C, perendaman dalam ekstrak kulit nanas, dan blanching dengan ekstrak kulit nanas pada suhu 70°C. Proses pengeringan menggunakan suhu oven konstan 70°C selama 18 jam menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap dengan parameter yang dinilai termasuk kadar air, kadar piperin, dan parameter warna seperti kecerahan (L*), kemerahan (a*), dan kekuningan (b*). Hasil optimal diperoleh dengan pra-perlakuan ekstrak kulit nanas, menghasilkan kadar air sebesar 8,79%, kadar piperin sebesar 0,218%, kecerahan (L*) sebesar 43,78, kemerahan (a*) sebesar 8,17, dan kekuningan (b*) sebesar 12,48.

Abstract

Tax aggressiveness is an activity aimed at reducing taxable profits through tax planning, either using methods that are in accordance with regulations or not in accordance with tax regulations. This research was conducted to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR), leverage, profitability, company size on tax aggressiveness. The research population is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with samples taken of 43 financial statements of mining companies for 2016-2020. Data analysis used the regression analysis model using IBM SPSS 25 software. The results showed that profitability and firm size had a positive effect on tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

Google now has its own AI, Gemini AI, which can be used in various sectors of the learning education, industry, medicine, science and can still be explored more. In this study investigates how Gemini AI will impact on students' learning of writing skills, effectiveness, advantages and disadvantages in language learning. The researchers used the quasi-experimental method for 60 students from the eleventh grade in senior high school 10 Palembang. The result of this study indicate that the use of Gemini AI can serve as an effective tool in improving students' writing skills, provided that its use is done judiciously and under the supervision of teachers. It is important to maintain a balance between the utilization of technology and the development of students' natural abilities. Teachers have a crucial role in guiding students not only to rely on AI, but also to develop their creativity and writing skills independently. We can concluded that the use of Gemini AI has a significant impact on the writing skills of eleventh grade students at SMAN 10 Palembang. Students who engaged in learning with the help of Gemini AI showed more significant improvement in writing skills compared to students who were not taught using Gemini AI. This improvement was seen in various aspects, including writing structure, language grammar, coherence, and vocabulary selection.
