Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of an exhibition in the Strengthening Project of Pancasila Student Profile (P5) with the theme of local wisdom at SDN 2 Rantepao and SDN 3 Rantepao. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used interactive analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the planning of activities was carried out collaboratively between teachers and the school team, by adjusting the local cultural content of Toraja into the form of works and performances. The implementation of the project exhibition became a means of student expression in displaying the results of cultural exploration through exhibitions and art performances, which reflected P5 values such as cooperation, diversity, and creativity. Overall, the project exhibition proved to be able to strengthen students' character and love for local culture through a contextual and meaningful learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile at SD Kristen Rantepao 5. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile at SD Kristen Rantepao 5 is carried out through various activities involving the entire school community. The first dimension, belief and devotion to God, is implemented through prayers and moral values education. The second dimension, global diversity, is reflected in the appreciation of differences through cultural activities and group work. The gotong royong dimension is emphasized in classroom cleaning and collaboration among students. The independent, critical thinking, and creative dimensions are implemented through individual tasks and innovative projects. The study concludes that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile at the school is effective, although there are still challenges in its implementation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji apakah tingkat kegemaran membaca berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Literasi Masyarakat di Indonesia dalam tinjauan perspektif manajemen pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi sederhana. Data penelitian bersumber dari website resmi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), sehingga menggunakan data sekunder yang valid dan terverifikasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kegemaran membaca berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Literasi Masyarakat. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = -4,284 + 1,075X, yang mengindikasikan bahwa setiap peningkatan satu satuan dalam tingkat kegemaran membaca akan meningkatkan indeks pembangunan literasi masyarakat sebesar 1,075 poin. Uji t menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (lebih kecil dari 0,05) dan nilai t-hitung sebesar 8,919 (lebih besar dari t-tabel 2,028), sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen pendidikan, khususnya dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program literasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas literasi masyarakat di Indonesia.
