Abstract

Minuman yang mengandung etanol atau etil alkohol, sering disebut sebagai minuman beralkohol atau Miras, memiliki tingkat kandungan alkohol yang bervariasi sesuai dengan jenisnya. Meskipun istilah "minuman beralkohol" dan "minuman keras" memiliki pen gertian yang berbeda, di Indonesia, kedua istilah ini sering dianggap sama oleh masyarakat, menciptakan kerancuan konsep. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan peran Polisi Pamong Praja dalam menerapkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 4 Tahun 2009 tentang Pengendalian, Pengawasan, dan Penertiban Minuman Beralkohol di Kabupaten Kendal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Yuridis Normatif dengan fokus studi kasus pada penegakan hukum oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja di Kabupaten Kendal. Data yang dikumpulkan mencakup informasi tentang bar, restoran, tempat karaoke, dan/atau penyedia minuman alkohol yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan oleh Perda No.4 Tahun 2009. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak tempat yang tidak mematuhi ketentuan yang berlaku. Peran Polisi Pamong Praja terlihat dalam dua dimensi utama, yaitu litigasi dan non-litigasi. Dalam litigasi, mereka melakukan proses penegakan hukum sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diatur dalam KUHAP. Sementara itu, dalam dimensi non-litigasi, mereka melakukan mediasi untuk menutup sementara tempat-tempat yang tidak mematuhi peraturan. Adanya faktor-faktor penghambat dalam penegakan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 4 Tahun 2009 di Kabupaten Kendal juga diidentifikasi dalam penelitian ini. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman lebih lanjut terkait dengan perbedaan antara "minuman beralkohol" dan "minuman keras" perlu ditingkatkan, dan upaya harus dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan yang mungkin muncul dalam penegakan peraturan tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of mentoring (mental guidance) activities in enhancing the quality of Islamic religious education for Class XI students at SMK Negeri 3 Metro Lampung. Mentoring activities in this context refer to structured guidance sessions provided by teachers or mentors that aim to support students in their religious and moral development. These activities are designed to integrate cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of education to create a holistic learning experience. The research utilizes a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to detail the real-life implementation and impact of these mentoring activities. Data was collected through observations, interviews with students, teachers, and mentors, as well as relevant documentation. The findings indicate that mentoring activities significantly contribute to the development of students' religious attitudes and behaviors. Students participating in mentoring sessions showed improvements in their understanding of Islamic teachings, their application of moral values in daily life, and their engagement in religious practices such as prayers and Quran recitation. This research highlights the importance of consistent and well-structured mentoring programs in schools. Such programs can complement the formal curriculum and provide students with the necessary support to enhance their religious education and moral character. The study concludes that the integration of mentoring activities within the school curriculum at SMK Negeri 3 Metro Lampung has positively impacted the quality of Islamic religious education for Class XI students.Mentoring,
