Abstract

Supporting the creation of a maximum syariah banking system, one of which is through the level of financial literacy sayriah Indonesian people. Steps in optimizing the potential of banking development sayriah is to provide public education about Islamic financial literacy This article contains about the influence of islamic financial literacy levels in the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia, one of the factors slowing down the development of sayriah banking in Indonesia is the lack of islamic financial literacy level indonesiian society. The Financial Services Authority seeks several ways in improving financial literacy such as by providing modules and application services but it has not been able to answer the problem because the reading interest of indonesian people is very low, from here the author proposes a concept of improving the quality of Islamic financial literacy through eduwisata, a form of tourism by priority of education elements, from usula this program is expected to be able to answer one of the problems of the lack of sharia literacy levels in Indonesia where the majority of the societies who like to travel. In the study of this article using descriptive qualitative research method with the type of literature study or literature study. The discussion in writing this scientific article focuses on the concept of improving financial literacy through edutourism as a strategy for the development of sayraiah banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Job analysis is an important part of human resource management activities. Because one of the things that delivers organizational success is the existence of accurate data about the profile of each position, the type of skills and abilities needed as well as the experience and education required to occupy a position and can create a positive organizational culture. Organizational culture can be defined as a set of systems, values, beliefs, assumptions or norms that have been relatively long in force, agreed upon and followed by all members of the organization As behavioral norms in solving organizational problems. This study aims to determine the role of job analysis on organizational culture in the perspective of human resources at Artee Law Offiice. This research method uses qualitative research methods and the data sources used in this study use primary data sources and secondary data. So that the data collected apart from books, journals, websites are also sourced from the results of interviews conducted by researchers. The results of this study can be concluded by the existence of job analysis which consists of two main parts, namely job description and job specification able to maximize the potential of human resources owned. So that the job analysis is also able to create a positive organizational culture because all parties involved such as lawyers, paralegals and management have their own job descriptions and job specifications.
