Abstract

Abstract Psychological well-being is how each individual can provide psychological well-being, which includes individuals being able to control their mental, physical and psychological functions with positive emotions (Fitri, 2017). Each individual's well-being can be seen from happiness, life satisfaction, and not experiencing symptoms of depression. The type of research that will be used in this research is quantitative research using correlational techniques. Correlational research is research that focuses on finding out whether there is a relationship between two variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables are religiosity (X1) and peer support (X2), and the attachment variable is Psychological well-being (Y). The research subjects were 118 individuals who were students from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and the Faculty of Engineering in Malang. The data collection technique used in this research is scale. This research uses a psychological well- being scale, religiosity scale, peer support scale. The data obtained in this study were from all variables using analytical tests using the distribution normality test (distribution is normally distributed and some are not normally distributed) and linearity test (all scales have a linear relationship), so the data analysis carried out was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. to examine the relationship between religiosity and peer support with psychological well-being. Abstrak Psychological well-being merupakan bagaimana setiap individu dapat memberikan kesejahteraan psikologisnya, yang meliputi individu mampu mengontrol fungsi mental, fisik dan psikologisnya dengan emosi yang positif (Fitri, 2017). Setiap kesejahteraan individu dapat dilihat dari kebahagiaan, kepuasaan hidup, dan tidak mengalami gejala depresi. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik korelasional. Penelitian dengan korelasional merupakan penelitian yang berfokus untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara dua variabel yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Variabel bebas yaitu religiusitas (X1) dan dukungan teman sebaya (X2), serta variabel terikat yaitu Psychological well- being (Y). Subjek penelitian berjumlah 118 individu yang merupakan mahasiswa dari Fakultas Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Fakultas Teknik di Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala psychological well-being, skala religiusitas, skala dukungan teman sebaya. Diperoleh hasil data pada penelitian ini dari seluruh variabel yang menggunakan uji analisis menggunakan uji normalitas sebaran (Sebaran berdistribusi normal dan ada yang tidak berdistribusi normal) dan uji linearitas (Semua skala memiliki hubungan yang linear), sehingga analisis data yang dilakukan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara religiusitas dan dukungan teman sebaya dengan Psychological well-being.

Abstract

Education is an effort made intentionally to improve the quality of human resources by motivating and accommodating student learning activities. Students who are active in learning at school are needed as a form of smoothness in the learning process to obtain optimal learning outcomes. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between parental involvement and student involvement. Sampling using population study techniques, namely taking the entire population as research respondents. The results of the normality test of the distribution on the scale of parental involvement with student involvement against the One-Sample Kolmogorov Smirnov Test obtained sig 0.200 at p = (p> 0.05) meaning that the scale of parental involvement with student involvement is normally distributed. Based on the analysis of the hypothesis test using product moment correlation, it produces an rxy value = 0.321 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01) which indicates that there is a very significant positive relationship between parental involvement and student involvement. This means that the more positive the parental involvement, the higher the student involvement.
