Abstract

This research aims to develop digital teaching materials for historical narrative texts oriented towards character education for SD/MI students. Background to the problem of this research 1) What is the need for digital teaching materials for historical narrative texts oriented towards character education for SD/MI? 2) How are digital teaching materials for historical narrative texts oriented towards character education for SD/MI? 3) What is the feasibility of digital teaching materials for historical narrative texts oriented towards character education for SD/MI? This research uses research and development methods with the ADDIE (Analysis Design Development Implementation Evaluate) model. The steps in this research consist of needs analysis, designing digital teaching materials, developing digital teaching materials, implementing digital teaching material products, and product evaluation (digital teaching materials). Data collection in this research was by collecting data from the results of expert validation questionnaires and student assessment questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively using a Likert scale. The results of the validation test by material experts obtained a value of 2.93, the validation test by media experts obtained a value of 3.00. The validation test by the Indonesian language teacher received a value of 3.03. The results of implementing e-module teaching materials in schools received a positive response from students with a score of 3.2. The conclusion of this research is that digital historical narrative text teaching materials oriented towards character education for SD/MI students meet the appropriate criteria for use as teaching materials by students or teachers in Indonesian language subjects. Abstract

This research aims to find out and meet the needs of teaching materials, especially fantasy story text materials in digital form and their implementation, so that they can foster critical thinking skills in junior high school/MT students. The method used in this research was research and development, and the model used was the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results obtained are digital teaching materials for fantasy story texts oriented towards cultivating critical thinking skills suitable for use as teaching materials for junior high school/MT students. Learning resources in the form of several fantasy story texts from various books and other sources that were analyzed met the requirements structurally, linguistically, and in critical thinking aspects as teaching materials developed in the form of digital teaching materials. The development of digital teaching materials for fantasy story texts is adjusted to indicators of competency achievement and learning outcomes validated by experts to obtain a category of teaching materials suitable for use in SMP/MTs in Indramayu Regency. Based on the results of testing teaching materials in learning, it is known that these teaching materials are effective in cultivating critical thinking skills among junior high school/MT students

Abstract

This research aims to explain the inquiry learning model based on traditional Indonesian games in improving children's storytelling abilities, as well as the process of implementing it in learning. The research was conducted in the 2023/2024 Academic Year, Even Semester at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Zaytun, Sandrem Village, Gantar District, Indramayu Regency, on class IV (four) students in West Java Province. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Analysis Design Development Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. The data collection method, in the form of interviews, questionnaires, and observations, is a new learning model developed from the traditional game-based inquiry learning model to improve storytelling to make learning more meaningful. The results of the assessment of the traditional game-based learning model design were 90%, with the category very suitable for use. The results of the learning media expert assessment of 96% showed that learning media is very suitable for use. Meanwhile, Based on the implementation results, the assessment result is 94%. This proves that the learning model is suitable for use. Based on the data above, a traditional game-based inquiry learning model for improving storytelling abilities in fourth-grade elementary school students is needed

Abstract

This research aims to identify and meet the needs of teaching materials, especially fairy tale text materials based on traditional Indonesian children's games in the form of accompanying textbooks and their implementation, so that they can develop character, especially for Pancasila students in elementary/MI students. The method used in this research was research and development, and the model used was the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. The results obtained show that teaching materials for fairy tales based on traditional Indonesian children's games in character development in elementary schools are suitable for use as teaching materials. The learning resources are several fairy tale texts in the form of folk tales combined with traditional games from various regions on the island of Java, which are analyzed, meet the requirements structurally and linguistically, and have character value as teaching materials developed in the form of textbook teaching materials. The development of teaching materials for fairy tales is adjusted to indicators of competency achievement and learning outcomes that are validated by experts to obtain a category of teaching materials that are suitable for use in Elementary Indramayu Regency. Based on the results of testing teaching materials in learning, it is known that these teaching materials are effective in developing the characteristics of elementary students

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Canva sebagai media pembelajaran terhadap keterampilan menulis poster iklan pada siswa kelas VIII SMP. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah non-equivalent control group design, yang melibatkan dua kelas sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Canva sebagai media pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan menulis teks poster iklan siswa kelas VIII SMP. Berdasarkan analisis data, nilai rata-rata hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen meningkat dari 80 menjadi 85, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol hanya naik dari 70 menjadi 77. Uji normalitas dan homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen, sehingga memenuhi syarat untuk dilakukan uji-t. Hasil uji-t dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05) membuktikan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara kedua kelompok, yang berarti pembelajaran menggunakan Canva lebih efektif dibandingkan metode konvensional tanpa media digital. Penerapan Canva tidak hanya membantu siswa mengombinasikan unsur visual dan teks secara kreatif, tetapi juga meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan hasil belajar mereka dalam menulis poster iklan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, khususnya pada materi menulis kreatif, ini berarti penggunaan Canva dapat menjadi alternatif inovatif bagi guru untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan kontekstual guna mengembangkan kompetensi abad ke-21.

Abstract

The main problem using Indonesian was n't in accordance with linguistic rules so that students' s language did not reflect the desired language attitudes. The data obtained becomes material for preparing further strengthening plans which are developed to be media-based. After being validated by material and media experts, the language attitude strengthening model is applied to students using Android cellphones and laptop devices connected to the network. The aim of this research explains the design and implementation of strengthening student's language attitudes towards Indonesian through the medium of the word spinner application. This research uses a qualitative approach with the research method and development of the ADDIE model. Data collection methods through test and non-test instruments. The average validation data by material experts and media experts received a score of 84.45%, which means it is very feasible to apply, while the average error rate in analyzing by SMA and MA respondents is 33.5%, which means students are quite careful in understanding the instrument for strengthening language attitudes. It is also meaningful that this application is suitable for implementation in schools with its main advantage being that it teaches students with learning outcomes that meet 3 aspects of language attitudes, namely cognitive, affective and conative. T he ease of teaching vocabulary and its application in sentences so that students fully understand the language properly and correctly. The limitations of this application require technical requirements, namely the availability of computers/laptops and Android cellphones used by teachers and students who are connected to the internet.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design, validate, and implement digital modules for scientific writing based on TPACK (Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) for 11th-grade SMA/MA students. The study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method and follows the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases. The development process begins with an analysis of teacher needs, curriculum, and environmental factors. The TPACK-based scientific writing digital module is then validated by experts in material content, digital media, and practical application. The validation results indicate high feasibility, with assessments of 80%, 97%, and 78% from material, media, and practitioner experts, respectively. The structure of the module consists of three main sections: the beginning, content, and end. The beginning includes the cover, foreword, table of contents, glossary, and a draft map. The content section introduces the module’s identity, basic competencies, description, and usage instructions. Each learning activity contains objectives, material descriptions, summaries, practice questions, and self-assessment opportunities. Implementation results show a significant improvement in student learning outcomes. Before using the TPACK-based digital module, the average score was 69.86, which increased to 82.86-83.88 after its implementation. Statistical analysis using paired t-tests confirms the effectiveness of the module. The first t-test shows a value of 13.073 > 1.687 with a significance (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.005. The second t-test shows a value of 6.637 > 1.7109 with the same significance level. These results indicate a significant positive impact of the TPACK-based digital module on student learning outcomes. In conclusion, the study demonstrates that the TPACK-based scientific writing digital module is effective and significantly enhances students' learning achievements in scientific writing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penamaan tempat-tempat usaha di Jalan Cipto Mangunkusumo, Kota Cirebon, Jawa Barat dan kaitannya dengan upaya pengutamaan bahasa Indonesia di ruang publik. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode simak dan dokumentasi. Metode simak direalisasikan dengan teknik simak bebas libat cakap yang dilanjutkan dengan teknik catat. Dokumentasi dilakukan dengan pengambilan foto. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode padan dengan daya pilah translasional dan metode distribusional atau metode agih. Metode distribusional dilakukan dengan teknik balik. Sementara itu, penyajian hasil analisis data dilakukan dengan metode informal atau metode deskriptif, yaitu penyajian dengan kata-kata biasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penamaan tempat-tempat usaha di Jalan Cipto Mangunkusumo ada yang berbentuk: kata, frasa, dan majemuk. Sementara itu, dari segi bahasa yang digunakan, ada tempat usaha yang berbahasa Indonesia, Inggris, Jawa, Jepang, Cina, perpaduan antara bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, serta perpaduan antara bahasa Jawa dan Inggris. Selain itu, ditemukan pula kata-kata yang tidak tepat, baik dalam bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa Inggris.
